NOWNodes Announces Support for Shibarium

NOWNodes, a leading blockchain–as–a–Service (BaaS) provider announced today that it would be among the first node providers for the upcoming Shibarium Layer 2 network project. 

“As Shibarium is coming sometime later this year, our engineers are preparing for ShibariumNet release. NOWNodes will provide shared and dedicated access to SHIB Shibarium Blockchain,” the update read. 

As per the tweet, NOWNodes also gave a clue on when the highly anticipated Shiba Inu–powered project would be released. According to the BaaS solution provider, rumors suggest Shibarium should be experienced between late Spring and mid Summer of 2023.

This development goes further to indicate NOWNode’s strong support for Shiba Inu-related projects and the overall decentralized meme token ecosystem. Last August, the top node services provider listed Bone Shibaswap (BONE) on its platform to enable developers to access the full Ethereum node and free API tools to build on the BONE network.

Subsequently, the NOWNodes platform also supported the Shiba Inu burn portal reward token, RYOSHI to equally enable developers to have access to the full Ethereum node and free API tools to build on the Ryoshis Vision network.

Shiba Inu and BONE have been performing impressively ever since the Shibarium launch was hinted at. BONE rallied dramatically in early January after the Shibarium team disclosed that the asset would be employed as the gas of the Shiba Inu layer 2 scaling solution. 

Shibarium Launch Nears

An update from Trophias, the SHIB Defense Team Co-Lead last December indicated that the Beta takeoff of the Shiba Inu scaling solution, Shibarium is around the corner. According to him, the project team remodeling the SHIB website which was done came to prepare the way for the Shibarium beta launch. 

The expectation of Shiba Inu’s Layer 2 network,  Shibarium has equally been brightening the fundamentals of Shiba Inu (SHIB). Per an earlier report, SHIB could be set for a meteoric rise after Shibarium goes live.

According to an update on Twitter, RYOSHI, a token designed to reward Shiba Inu holders who burn their tokens via the SHIB burn portal, has been listed on the  NOWNodes platform.

Developers will now have access to the full Ethereum node and free API tools to build on the Ryoshis Vision network.

Note: An Ethereum node is a tool that allows developers to browse the blockchain.

It is worth noting that NOWNodes is a blockchain solution that provides quick and simple access to over 40 most popular blockchain nodes and block explorers. So far, the platform maintains over 45 full nodes, and developers can access all of them via one single API key.

Earlier this month, NOWNodes wrote that it will add support for Bone Shibaswap (BONE) in the future to join other crypto projects, including Bitcoin (BTC), Cardano (ADA), VeChain (VET), Ethereum (ETH), and Terra Classic (LUNC).

BONE is the governance token of the Shibaswap decentralized marketplace used for voting on ecosystem proposals. While the Shiba Inu community awaits the landing of Shibarium, a layer 2 protocol, it is said that BONE will serve as the gas.

As disclosed in a tweet, NOWNodes is set to support Bone Shibaswap (BONE) alongside many other top crypto projects like Bitcoin, Cardano, VeChain, Ethereum, and Terra Classic. 

BONE is the governance token of the Shibaswap decentralized marketplace used for voting on ecosystem proposals. The token will also be employed as the ‘gas’ of the upcoming Shibarium protocol.

BONE Shibaswap Gains More Adoption

NOWNodes is a blockchain solution that provides fast and easy access to over 40 most popular blockchain nodes and block explorers.

According to NOWNodes, the service maintains 45 full nodes, and developers can access all of them via one single API key. 

The firm’s listing of BONE means that developers will now be able to access Ethereum (ETH) full node via a free API key and build on the BONE network. An Ethereum node is a tool that allows developers to browse the blockchain.

As BONE aims to hit $1 in price per token, it has been listed on several renowned crypto marketplaces. Businesses have also adopted the token as a payment method. At the time of writing, Coinbase data shows that Bone Shibaswap is trading for $0.91. 

While the Shiba Inu community awaits the launch of the layer 2 protocol, Shibarium, the team noted that BONE will serve as the gas. The total supply of BONE has been pegged at 250 million.
