It can be recalled that the two business entities sealed a partnership a few days ago to allow BlackRock to provide its institutional clients with access to cryptocurrencies.

Through the deal, BlackRock’s institutional clients will gain access to crypto trading, custody, prime brokerage, and reporting via the leading exchange’s institutional platform where a wide range of features and tools are provided.

However, the partnership is limited to Bitcoin (BTC) at the moment, according to the report.

So, it’s clear that the mega deal will open Bitcoin to larger users, which will certainly open a new door to mainstream adoption for the flagship crypto.

How the Partnership Could Send Bitcoin (BTC) to $773,000

In a new strategy session, the host of InvestAnswers told his teeming YouTube subscribers that the new deal between BlackRock and Coinbase could send the market capitalization of Bitcoin (BTC) to at least a trillion dollars

In his video, he pointed out that only 0.5% of BlackRock’s assets are capable of sending Bitcoin’s market cap to $1.05 trillion.

InvestAnswers host noted:

“If BlackRock puts 0.5% of their assets under management into Bitcoin using my multiplier which is 21x, that will impact the market cap by $1.05 trillion, which will add about $75,000 to Bitcoin’s price, taking it to $98,000, and an ROI  from today’s price is 326%. This is very, very achievable…

“Now if they allocate 1%, which of course will take time to get to that level, that would add about $2.1 trillion to the market cap, $150,000 to the price, and that would take the future price of Bitcoin to $173,000, which is a 652% gain from here.

The strategist came about the analysis after being motivated by the comments of 10T Holdings CEO Dan Tapiero in relation to how Bitcoin (BTC) would react to the notable partnership. According to the famous investor, the partnership could send BTC above $250,000 price level.

Reacting to Dan Tapiero’s opinion about the possibility of BlackRock committing 5% of its assets, the InvestAnswer Host said:

“If they add 5%, which is what Dan Tapiero says, I think it’s way too aggressive. Maybe over time, maybe in the next three to five years, that could be possible. That would take the price of Bitcoin to $773,000 in the next three to five years pretty easily.”

In a new video, the host of financial education YouTube channel, InvestAnswers, stated that Solana (SOL) could be on the brink of reclaiming the 3-digit price level, considering the strong bullish signal it currently flashes.

The analyst noted:

“There’s a lot of strong bullish divergence visible in the chart here. If you look at the RSI (relative strength index) at the bottom, you can see the bullish divergence from the price action and that compression wedge that we see…

Solana’s price action appears to be creating not only this bullish divergence from the RSI within the same timeframe, but it’s only a matter of time that many believe we could get back to $120… This is a very, very positive chart giving a lot of optimistic outlook for the price action of Solana.”

At the time of writing, Solana (SOL) is trading at $91.12, with a relatively 4% price uptrend in the last 24 hours.

Another Ethereum competitor on InvestAnswers’s radar is the smart contract platform, Avalanche, which he says is now at a point where bulls will possibly take control of the market.

“This one is seeing a similar type of a compression chart downwards action, but on the cusp of breaking out, and you can see that the price has been stuck in this descending triangle.

It has had a really impressive recovery since March 15th and in fact, it’s still within the broader descending triangle, but the suggestion is it might be a good breakout or could it be a bull trap.”

In a new strategic session first reported by Daily Hodl, the host of InvestAnswers, a financial education YouTube channel, shared an Ethereum chart from Ryan Allis of Coinstack.

The chart from Allis indicates a notable price increase over 10 years, starting from 2025.

Host of InvestAnswers noted:

“It’s pretty staggering, even short-term targets like December 2022 at $12,581… and on and on up to 2025 where it could be worth $100,000.”

According to Allis, his Ethereum (ETH) prediction model is based on his belief that assets have an intrinsic price, which is derived from their use cases and cash flow. So, he expects an increase in cash flows to the digital token ETH in the coming years.

How Solana Prediction is Intrinsically Connected to the Price Action of Ethereum

In the course of the strategic session, the analyst discussed how Solana (SOL) prediction is intrinsically connected to the price action of the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, Ethereum (ETH):

“I do believe that if Ethereum is worth these numbers, Solana or any layer-1 should be worth at least 20% of that market cap. I pulled in some numbers and took the Ethereum price target based on these models, took the Ethereum supply which is going deflationary, so I estimate that by about December 30 we’ll have about 110 million ETH versus 119 million today.

Then I calculate the market cap, it’d be $1.5 trillion if ETH goes to $12,500, which is about 1.5x the Bitcoin market cap. And then I calculated SOL, 20% of that market cap over all the different years and divided by the SOL supply, which of course is a little bit inflationary going up 9.6% per year. That gives us some Solana price targets, which are different from mine…

“That would give us a price target in December of this year at about $935. Yes, that’s a big hopium number, that’d be like a 9x from where we are today.

I don’t expect it, but if these numbers are right for Ethereum, this is where possibly, theoretically Solana price could go.”

The host of InvestAnswers concluded by saying that he still believes in the potential of Solana (SOL) irrespective of issues the network faced lately. He believes that Solana’s current network capability is better than what Ethereum 2.0 was planned to be.

At the time of filing this report, SOL is trading at $96.41, with a relatively 8% price downtrend in the last 24 hours, according to CoinMarketCap.
