It has become the custom of BlueWhale0073 to move enormous Shiba Inu tokens purchased to a mysterious wallet. The habit was repeated recently.

According to the data found on Etherscan, within 9 minutes of the purchase, BlueWhale0073 sent a total of 88,363,976,794 SHIB tokens worth $1,036,563 to one of the mysterious SHIB whale wallets. This huge transaction brought BlueWhale0073’s balance to 1,033,438,545 SHIB worth $11,946.

This mysterious activity of the Ethereum whale has been playing out since Shiba Inu (SHIB) was listed on the leading investing app Robinhood. Since the listing was made official, the Shiba Inu whale wallet has received a total of 4.68 trillion SHIB, worth $54.14 million at current prices.

It was discovered a couple of hours ago that the whale wallet has been quietly buying SHIB tokens in billions. Just 48 hours ago, the whale was holding 5.4 trillion SHIB tokens worth $136 million. Recent activity has shown that the whale is not done accumulating the popular dog-themed token.

According to the data provided by Etherscan.io, within the last 24 hours, the anonymous whale has managed to accumulate the sum of 177,962,029 SHIB worth $4.4 million via four different transactions.

Based on Etherscan.io’s report, the mysterious whale wallet was spotted interacting with a wallet named Binance 14 and the 5th biggest Ethereum whale, “BlueWhale0073”.

The whale address also interacted with a wallet named Binance 16 and added 52,568,765,361 SHIB tokens worth $1.31 million via two separate transactions. First transaction carried 1,240,876,392 SHIB, while second transaction carried 51,327,888,969 SHIB.

At the time of press, the anonymous whale wallet holds a total of 5,575,089,676,543 SHIB tokens worth $140 million at current prices, according to Etherscan.io.

It should be noted that the whale started to accumulate SHIB tokens on 5th April 2022, but became more aggressive after the listing of SHIB on Robinhood on the 12th of April.

This makes Shiba Inu community members opine that the whale’s wallet is likely that of Robinhood, in a bid to gain liquidity for SHIB, its new listing.

In addition to the rise in social volume, large traders have purchased a significant amount of tokens, which made SHIB one of the most purchased assets among Ethereum whales in the last 24 hours, per WhaleStats. SHIB trades at $0.000257 at the time of publication.

Moreover, Shiba Inu (SHIB) remains the top holding among the top 1,000 ETH whales. These top wallets currently hold $1,602,881,412 worth of the meme coin.

SHIB also ranks among the top 10 purchased tokens for the 2,000 biggest ETH whales in the last 24 hours.

SHIB: The Metaverse Holder Event Goes Live

As seen on the official SHIB: The Metaverse Twitter handle, the early access bid event, which marks the introductory phase of SHIB: The Metaverse land sale has reached its end.

Following the completion of the introductory phase of the early access land bid event, SHIB developers have announced that it has launched the second stage, which is the holder event.

Shiba Inu team tweeted, “#ShibArmy, Wow that was exciting!!! Thank you for participating on the BID EVENT! We are 10+ minutes out from the next stage starting, the HOLDER EVENT! As a reminder, please acknowledge that you will need to have $LEASH or a #SHIBOSHI locked for this early access event.”

The second and third stages, which are the holder event and public sale, are for those who could not get early access. The holder event is expected to last for seven days and begin immediately after the bid event ends.

The last stage of the public sale is slated to happen after the first two stages, and participants will be able to purchase the remaining available lands on the map, at a fixed price and without needing to lock any SHIB ecosystem assets.
