A fresh internal commotion has ensued in the Terra Classic community. In this episode, TerraCVita, an independent LUNC development group attempted to take responsibility for work done by Allnodes in providing a backup service infrastructure for Terra Station.
According to an update from the LUNC validator Classy, Rex Harrison (RexYellerBelly on Twitter), a lead member of TerraCVita, claimed that TerraCVita provides the backup solution on Terra Station, for the Terra Classic unstable infrastructure that causes LUNC staking and withdrawals problems for users.
He wrote, “TCV provides a backup infrastructure, but it does not support all station functions. When only some functions are available, it is likely we are using Allnodes temporarily.”
Given that Rexyz’s latest claims contrast with an earlier disclosure shared by a top TerraForm Labs member Jared, some LUNC community members have blasted the TerraCVita team member, citing plagiarism and work theft.
Among those who attacked Rex Harrison was a certain LUNC community member Asobs. He said, “not sure why Rexyz is taking credit for what Jared said a few days ago in the validator discord.”

You even tweeted about it…

In another comment, he wrote, “It seems TCV is now taking what Jared said, & making a few changes to take credit for it. An 80% match would fail plagiarism standards, and should not be tolerated in the $LUNC community.”

Meanwhile, Roy Monday commented, showing support for Rexyz’s claims that the backup infrastructure on Terra Station is provided by TerraCVita.
Roy further asserted that Jared made a mistake when he earlier gave credit to Allnodes. The TFL staff immediately slammed Roy saying, “It’s not a mistake. If you want to spin a different narrative, at least don’t tag me.”

As earlier reported, Jared, a top TerraForm Labs member, who has recently been the middleman between the TFL and Terra Classic community, noted that one of the immediate issues on the Terra Station wallet is the instability of the Terra Classic infrastructure.
As part of the update he shared on Discord, Jared mentioned that the “Classic infrastructure is unstable following core version 1.0.4”, adding that Allnodes, a separate entity is the provider of the backup service on Terra Station.
“Allnodes provides a backup infrastructure, but it does not support all station functions. When only some functions are available, it is likely we are using Allnodes temporarily,” Jared wrote.
It bears mentioning that this is the second time Rex Harrison is being mentioned in a project theft issue. In November, he was accused of stealing the Terra Casino project from the initial owners.
