With or Without CLARITY Act, Dark Defender Says XRP Will Hit This Price

Crypto analyst Dark Defender (@DefendDark) has published a new XRP analysis titled “The Break-Out.” The chart maps a five-wave Elliott Wave impulse from the current price of $1.3921 to a projected high of $10.1101. His message with the post: “Road to $7, first.”

The timing is significant. The U.S. Senate voted down the CLARITY Act on September 15. Dark Defender had already said XRP would move regardless.

Details of the Chart

The daily chart shows XRP completing a corrective ABC pattern at current levels. Wave (C) bottoms near the 50% Fibonacci level at $1.2939. The circled breakout zone sits right where price currently trades, near $1.3921, between the 61.80% level at $1.3798 and the 70.20% level at $1.4445.

From that base, Dark Defender projects a five-wave impulse upward. Wave (3) targets the 361.80% Fibonacci extension at $7.0786. Wave (4) pulls back to $4.1043. Wave (5) completes the move at $10.1101, the 427.20% extension.

The Backdrop

Dark Defender predicted this before the Senate voted. His earlier post argued that XRP is not waiting for the CLARITY Act. He predicted that the wave pattern on the chart would emerge even if the bill failed in the Senate.

The Senate vote on September 15 produced 49 yes and 50 no votes. Democrats who negotiated the bill for months all voted against it. Four Republicans also voted no, stopping the bill from gaining a simple majority. Senator Lummis has warned the next window for crypto legislation could be 2030. The bill’s failure reinforced her outlook. However, Dark Defender’s analysis remains the same.

What’s Next for XRP?

The breakout zone on the chart is active now. XRP’s price sits just above the key Fibonacci support levels. If the impulse sequence plays out as projected, Wave (3) carries XRP to $7.0786 through October based on the chart’s timeline. This would mark a new all-time high for the digital asset.

November will bring the decline in Wave (4), pulling XRP back to $4.1043. Following that, the chart shows Wave (5), which completes the full move and targets $10.1101. Dark Defender said XRP would move with or without the CLARITY Act. The Senate killed the bill, but the chart suggests a strong move is imminent.
