It also names several ISO-20022-compliant assets, specifically XLM, ADA, HBAR, ALGO, QNT, and IOTA, including Meme coins such as DOGE, SHIB, BONE, and LUNC.

The filing states the company intends to acquire assets it determines are not securities, applying a facts-and-circumstances analysis informed by applicable law and regulatory guidance, including the Howey Test. It also references the SEC and CFTC’s March 17, 2026 release on applying federal securities laws to crypto assets and transactions, which classified XRP as a commodity.

The Regulatory Posture

The company takes regulatory compliance seriously in its stated approach. Custody and Storage

The chart he shared covers weekly price action on Kraken going back to 2020. The structure forming across that entire period is a falling wedge, one of the most recognized bullish continuation patterns in technical analysis.

The current price sits at 0.0005708 ETH per XRP. That number alone tells part of the story. XRP has been losing ground against ETH for a long time, but the chart suggests that compression may be nearing its end.

Analyzing the Chart

Since 2020, XRP/ETH formed a large multi-year falling wedge. Two converging trendlines compressed price over roughly four years, connecting a series of lower highs and lower lows. The lower boundary held as support repeatedly. The upper boundary capped every recovery attempt.
