Finance Coach Says Every XRP Holder Needs to Hear This

Finance coach Dr. Kamilah Stevenson shared a message on X encouraging XRP holders to prioritize self-custody, pairing it with a video that presents ambitious claims about XRP’s future role in the global financial system.

The post combines a security reminder with commentary from statistical analyst Dr. Jim Willie, who described what he believes could be XRP’s long-term position in international payments.

Stevenson’s message focused on one of the most common principles in cryptocurrency ownership. She wrote that every XRP holder should understand that anyone who does not control their private keys does not fully control their digital assets.

She urged investors to take ownership of their holdings before it is too late, emphasizing the importance of self-custody rather than leaving assets under the control of third-party platforms.

Video Presents High XRP Price Expectations

The video attached to Stevenson’s post featured Dr. Jim Willie discussing what he believes is a predetermined future for XRP. He said the digital asset could eventually reach an exceptionally high valuation, describing a scenario in which powerful financial institutions and corporations had already agreed on a price level that would enable XRP to function as the global standard for transfer payments.

Jim Willie identified several major organizations that he believes are connected to this vision, including the International Monetary Fund, the Depository Trust, Bank of New York Mellon, Nasdaq, SWIFT, Wall Street firms, major banks, and central banks. He also mentioned other financial structures that he said operate largely in the background of the global financial system.

He continued by saying he believes central banks coordinated years ago to limit public ownership of XRP. As part of that claim, he suggested that regulatory actions, including the SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple, were intended to reduce retail participation before XRP became a critical component of the global financial infrastructure.

He further suggested that an initial valuation of $5,000 per XRP could eventually rise to $12,000 because of the asset’s role as a bridge for transferring money and value across borders.

The comments reflect Dr. Jim Willie’s personal views and have not been supported by public evidence from the institutions or organizations he mentioned.

Community Responds With Custody Discussion

The post also generated responses from members of the XRP community. X user Redhorse agreed with Stevenson’s message but promoted institutional custody rather than conventional internet-connected wallets.

Redhorse wrote that many experienced XRP holders move their holdings into institutional custody solutions because wallets connected to the internet, even briefly, can be vulnerable to hacking and tracking.

Stevenson’s original message, however, centered on the broader principle that cryptocurrency ownership ultimately depends on controlling private keys. Her post encouraged XRP holders to evaluate how they store their assets while bringing renewed visibility to long-standing discussions about custody, security, and expectations for XRP’s future role in global payments.
