We Asked Google Gemini to Set XRP Price for September 30, 2026

The cryptocurrency market has long attracted speculation, analysis, and increasingly, artificial intelligence-driven forecasting. As XRP continues to consolidate in the second half of 2026, we’ve turned to Google Gemini to see if there will be a substantial shift this month.

The Prediction

We asked Google’s AI tool directly: What will XRP’s price be on September 30, 2026? When asked to assess XRP’s trajectory through September, Gemini structured its response around four distinct price scenarios, each tied to market conditions.

Most critically, it highlighted the status of the CLARITY Act, a piece of U.S. digital asset legislation with a Senate cloture vote expected around September 15. Gemini described the legislative situation as “precarious,” noting that Galaxy Research had reduced its odds of the CLARITY Act becoming law in 2026 from 50% to 30%, while Polymarket traders had priced passage at approximately 17%.

The bill requires 60 Senate votes to overcome a filibuster, a threshold Republicans cannot reach without support from at least seven members across the aisle.

The Price Targets

Gemini outlined four scenarios for XRP by September 30. The bear case places XRP at $1.10 to $1.20. This outcome is contingent on the CLARITY Act failing its cloture vote, compounded by historical seasonal weakness.

Gemini noted that in seven of the last eight years, XRP’s September performance moved in the opposite direction of its August performance. In the two years when August produced gains, September declined by 14% in 2020 and 19.6% in 2021.

The base case projects a range of $1.30 to $1.50, reflecting consolidation without significant catalysts. The bull case targets $1.68 to $1.86, contingent on the CLARITY Act passing its cloture vote on September 15. This would represent a recovery toward XRP’s recent August peak of approximately $1.70.

The breakout case projects $2 to $2.19. Gemini identified this outcome as possible if the CLARITY Act passes and triggers a broader cryptocurrency market rally.

What’s Next for XRP?

Gemini also cited institutional tailwinds as a factor for the bull and breakout cases. Cumulative net inflows into U.S. spot XRP ETFs reached approximately $1.79 billion as of August 26. Goldman Sachs was also identified as the largest holder among reporting firms.

Gemini’s assessment shows that September 15 is the pivotal date. A successful cloture vote could push XRP toward $1.70 or above, while a failed vote makes a decline toward $1.10 to $1.20 a realistic outcome.
