Institutional capital is moving into XRP ETFs at an expected pace. Goldman Sachs has reclaimed its position as the largest disclosed XRP ETF holder, with $86.5M invested across five separate funds.
Crypto analyst BankXRP (@BankXRP) brought the disclosure to public attention, noting the scale and diversity of Goldman’s holdings.
Goldman Sachs Returns to XRP
This is not Goldman’s first appearance in XRP ETF disclosures. In its Q4 2025 13F filing, the bank held $153.8 million across four XRP ETF products, making it the single largest institutional holder at the time. That position disappeared entirely in the Q1 2026 filing.
Goldman had exited XRP and Solana ETFs completely, rotating instead into crypto equities like Circle, Galaxy Digital, and Coinbase. The exit rattled XRP markets. Now Goldman is back. Its Q2 2026 13F, filed August 14, shows $86.5 million spread across five XRP ETF products. The return is notable not just for its size but for its scope.

A Diversified Position Across Five Funds
Crypto expert Chad Steingraber outlined the ETF acquisitions. The Franklin XRP Trust holds $25.4 million. Bitwise XRP ETF accounts for $25.8 million. The Canary XRP ETF carries $19.5 million. The 21Shares XRP ETF stands at $8.2 million. The Grayscale XRP Trust rounds out the five at $7.6 million.
Goldman did not concentrate on a single product. The capital is spread deliberately across issuers, reflecting a structured approach to XRP ETF exposure.
The Sixth Position: Evernorth
Goldman’s filing also includes a $3.8 million position in Armada Acquisition Corp, ticker XRPN. That is Evernorth Holdings Inc., a publicly traded institutional XRP treasury company formed through a business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II.

Evernorth is backed by Ripple, SBI, Pantera Capital, and Kraken, and holds over 473 million XRP as part of its long-term accumulation strategy. Goldman’s position in XRPN extends its XRP exposure beyond standard ETF structures into a dedicated institutional treasury vehicle.
A Growing Disclosure Record
Q2 2026 has produced a significant volume of institutional XRP ETF filings. Goldman’s return to the top of the disclosed holder list, combined with new entries from Jane Street, Wells Fargo, and Bank of Montreal, shows institutional participation expanding across firm types. Trading firms, investment banks, and commercial banks now appear in the same disclosure cycle.
