XRP’s recent price weakness has not changed the outlook of crypto commentator X Finance Bull. Instead, the latest update from Evernorth Holdings has made him more confident in the company’s XRP treasury strategy and its proposed Nasdaq listing.
According to the commentator on X, a change to the terms of Evernorth’s transaction could give investors greater XRP exposure per share if XRP’s value at closing results in fewer shares being issued.
OH MY GOD, I’m getting even more bullish on these $XRP dips after the latest Evernorth news.
I’ll break it down for you.
This update is actually simple once you strip away the finance language.

Evernorth Adjusts Its Share Structure
X Finance Bull explained that Evernorth is moving toward its proposed Nasdaq listing while keeping its XRP treasury and overall strategy unchanged. The company has amended its subscription agreements for the private placement of common shares connected to its proposed business combination with Armada Acquisition Corp. II.
At the original signing, the transaction valued XRP at $2.36. Under the revised structure, the transaction will account for XRP’s value at closing rather than relying on the price used when the agreements were initially signed.
The commentator focused on the potential effect of that adjustment on shareholders. If the revised calculation leads to fewer shares being issued, the existing XRP treasury would be distributed across a smaller number of shares. X Finance Bull said this could result in more XRP exposure behind each Evernorth share.
The company itself stated that the amendment is intended to maintain alignment between its capitalization and the market value of its underlying XRP holdings. It also said its holdings and strategy remain unchanged as it continues working to increase XRP per share and develop the XRP ecosystem.
More Than 95% Of Committed Capital Supports The Changes
X Finance Bull also highlighted the continued support from Evernorth’s advance funders. The company said investors representing more than 95% of committed capital agreed to the revised terms.
The commentator specifically referenced Arrington Capital, SBI Group, Ripple, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and GSR when discussing the backing behind Evernorth’s structure.
For X Finance Bull, the continued support reinforces the significance of Evernorth’s planned public-market strategy. He described the company as more than another investment vehicle because of its stated objective of increasing XRP per share through treasury operations, ecosystem participation, and capital allocation.

XRP Per Share Remains The Key Measure
X Finance Bull’s bullish outlook rests heavily on Evernorth’s focus on XRP per share. He believes the proposed Nasdaq structure could eventually provide another channel through which public-market investors gain exposure to an XRP treasury.
His view is that if Evernorth can access public-market capital after listing and use that capital to expand its XRP holdings, the company could increase the amount of XRP represented by each share over time.
For now, Evernorth is still progressing toward its proposed Nasdaq listing, while the amended transaction terms adjust how the final share count will reflect XRP’s value at closing.
