Ali Martinez Explains Why XRP Will Rebound Soon, Sets Fresh Target

Crypto analyst Ali Martinez (@ali_charts) has identified a technical setup on XRP’s 1-hour chart that suggests a short-term decline may precede a strong recovery.

The analyst shared his analysis with a chart showing XRP trading inside a parallel channel, with price action compressing near the lower end of that structure. According to the chart, the current price sits around $1.3225. Martinez believes XRP could dip further before buyers step in.

The $1.25 Level

Martinez identified $1.25 as the critical zone to watch. He stated that XRP “could still drop toward the lower boundary around $1.25 before seeing a meaningful rebound.” That level aligns with a visible horizontal support zone on the hourly chart, where price has historically attracted buying pressure.

Rather than viewing the potential dip negatively, Martinez sees it as a setup. He described $1.25 as “the level I’m watching for a potential buying opportunity.” The channel’s lower boundary at that price gives the setup a clear technical basis.

Where a Bounce Could Take XRP

A confirmed bounce from $1.25 opens two upside targets according to Martinez. The first is the channel’s mid-range at $1.42. That level has acted as both support and resistance across the chart’s recent price history, making it a natural checkpoint for any recovery move.

The second target is more aggressive. Martinez noted that a strong enough bounce could push XRP toward the top of the channel at $1.60. The chart shows a clear ceiling near that level, with price having tested it multiple times over the prior weeks before pulling back.

The distance from the $1.25 entry level to the $1.60 target represents a potential move of approximately 28%. From $1.25 to the mid-range at $1.42, the move would be roughly 14%.

What the Chart Shows

The 1-hour chart Martinez shared shows XRP moving inside a well-defined parallel channel. The asset peaked near $1.65 during the surge in late September before trending lower. The recent drop brought XRP down to the $1.29 area, with the chart showing a projected bounce illustrated by a gray arrow pointing upward from near the lower boundary.

Horizontal support levels are visible at $1.42 and $1.60, both of which align with Martinez’s stated targets. The chart’s structure gives the analysis a measurable risk-reward setup, with the $1.25 zone serving as the foundation.

Martinez has not provided a specific timeframe for the move, but the 1-hour chart suggests the setup is short- to medium-term in nature.
