Crypto enthusiast Eira has urged XRP holders to take a long-term view instead of relying on daily price predictions and expectations of an immediate surge.
Eira said she knows an XRP holder whose position reportedly ranks among the top 1%. According to Eira, the investor recently discussed the upcoming bull market and rejected the idea that XRP would make everyone wealthy overnight simply because influencers predict higher prices.
The XRP holder questioned the growing focus on short-term price targets. Eira said many influencers now predict a major XRP surge, with some even calling for a $10,000 price target.
However, Eira noted in her tweet that influencers made similar predictions months ago. Repeated forecasts led Eira to question why investors allow short-term predictions to influence their decisions.
I know an $XRP holder whose position is reportedly in the top 1%.
The other day, we were discussing the upcoming bull market, and he said something that really stuck with me:

Eira Emphasizes Long-Term Development
She advised investors to treat cryptocurrency as a long-term investment rather than expect it to deliver quick riches. The post urged XRP holders to focus on how adoption, regulation, and real-world use cases develop over the coming years instead of getting caught up in every daily price move.
Eira also told investors to do their own research, manage their risk, and continue living their lives without becoming overly focused on short-term market movements.
Looking five years into the future could also give investors a different perspective on their experience, according to Eira. However, she stressed that long-term holding does not guarantee a profit and reminded investors that they remain responsible for their investment decisions and the risks involved.
XRP Holders Question Another 5–7 Year Wait
Several XRP holders responded by questioning whether investors should prepare to wait another five to seven years for meaningful results.
Hookuribi said investors could wait another two or three years but argued that another five to seven years would be difficult because XRP has already existed for 13 years.
EngEvo expressed a similar view, saying they have held XRP since 2017. The commenter added that waiting several more years for a meaningful move would mean XRP had failed in its mission.
TheDude77 said many holders have already spent eight or more years in the cryptocurrency market without seeing significant expansion across many assets. The commenter acknowledged that crypto remains a long-term investment but added that becoming debt-free would also represent a welcome outcome.
Eira ultimately asked XRP holders to consider whether they want a quick price spike or are willing to watch XRP’s development unfold over the next five to seven years.
