]]> In the last 24 hours, according to the SHIB burn tracker known on Twitter as Shibburn, about 750 million SHIB has been burned.

Shibburn, the firm that accumulates data from Etherscan as each SHIB token is sent to the dead wallet, where it can no longer be accessible by users, tweeted that a total of 742,702,200 SHIB tokens were destroyed or taken out of Shiba Inu token’s circulating supply within 24 hours period.

As previously reported by Shibburn, the maximum amount of SHIB tokens burned over this period rarely exceeded 100 million.

Shibburn tweeted, “In the past 24 hours, there have been a total of 742,702,200 SHIB tokens burned and 10 transactions. Visit to view the overall total of SHIB tokens burned, circulating supply, and more.”

Over 570 Million SHIB Tokens to Burn on 17th March

The @shib_superstore Twitter account that uses part of its profits from advertisements in games, selling merchandise, etc., to buy SHIB tokens in order to destroy it later, tweeted yesterday that during the upcoming token burn on March 17, they intend to cremate at least 575 million SHIB tokens.

SHIB Super Store tweeted, “As of right now, we are looking to burn 575M coins on the 17th. Everyone who has played the games, visited the site, or bought the merch should give themselves a pat on the back I didn’t do this, you guys did.”

This is one of the most active SHIB burn teams on Twitter, aside from Bigger Entertainment, which started destroying Shiba Inu coins in late October 2021 and, since then, the overall amount of SHIB they have sent to dead wallets is relatively one billion.

As reported about two days ago, another 140.7 million Shiba Inu tokens have been added to the burn pot of this major SHIB burning team for the 15th March burn event.

140.7M SHIB Tokens Added to the Burn Pot

According to the SHIB Super Store Twitter account, which represents the official page of the Johnson SHIB burn games, a total of $3,159 worth of SHIB tokens have been prepared so far in March for the burn event that usually plays out on the 15th day of each month.

SHIB Super Store tweeted, “Numbers updated! $3,159 shibsuperstore.com A little behind last month, but we will get there! CPM has been pretty low, and Android still hasn’t monetized Candy Trips. There is still plenty of month left, let’s do it!”

The dollar value of $3,159 is 140,712,694 SHIB tokens. On 1st March, SHIB Super Store took to Twitter to announce that the team had managed to garner a total of 514,503,816 Shiba Inu tokens for the burn event.

Howbeit, in fiat this amount does not look as exciting as in crypto – $12,806. By now, the total amount of SHIB to be burned equals relatively 655,216,510, depending on the moves of the token price.

The company uses part of its advertising profits for purchasing SHIB. The profit comes from its mobile games.
