Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7), the famous football icon has joined the NFT chorus. Top crypto exchange Binance, announced an exclusive multi-year NFT partnership with the Portuguese footballer on June 23. Consequently, CR7’s first NFT collection will be available on the Binance NFT platform later this year.

Per a Thursday announcement, Binance is beginning a football NFT journey with Cristiano Ronaldo. During the partnership period, it is said that both parties will create a series of NFT collections for sale.

However, the Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collections will be available exclusively on the Binance NFT platform.

Notably, the partnership marks the beginning of Cristiano Ronaldo’s Web3 community. Therefore, Binance intends to launch a worldwide promotion, geared towards giving Cristiano Ronaldo’s supporters and by extension, the entire football community, a clear-cut introduction to Web3 and NFTs.
Furthermore, it has been agreed that through the exclusive partnership, the football idol will release multiple NFT collections on the Binance NFT platform. In turn, this development will allow football lovers and supporters to own digital pieces of outstanding football moments.
According to the update, the first NFT collection will be released later this year. The Cristiano Ronaldo (CR7) collection will be developed to feature designs created in collaboration with the iconic football star.
