Pundit: XRP Will Instantly Climb to $100 If BlackRock Does This Today

A prediction circulating on X has renewed discussion about BlackRock filing for an XRP spot exchange-traded fund. Crypto enthusiast XRPMoonWalk has linked a potential filing to an extraordinary XRP price target of $100, while also pointing to September 5 and September 11 as significant dates.

XRPMoonWalk Connects BlackRock Filing to $100 XRP

In the post, XRPMoonWalk stated that if BlackRock files for a spot XRP ETF “later today or tomorrow,” XRP would “instantly climb to $100.” The crypto enthusiast added that about 35 hours remaining to determine whether the prediction would be correct.

XRPMoonWalk also highlighted a post from another X user, Seer, which read: “XRP Mr Pool: $100 9/5.” The reference appears to connect the $100 price target with September 5 and the broader community’s ongoing attempts to interpret cryptic posts attributed to the account known as Mr Pool.

Within the XRP community, Mr Pool has become associated with posts containing dates, numbers, and other symbols that followers attempt to decode as potential clues about XRP or broader financial developments. However, these interpretations remain speculative, and no established evidence that the account has inside information about XRP or future market events.

September 5 and September 11 Enter the Discussion

XRPMoonWalk further stated that if the expected development does not occur on September 5, “something is lining up for 9/11.” The enthusiast connected September 5 to “Bearableguy,” another figure frequently referenced within XRP-related speculative discussions.

The post stopped short of presenting the dates as confirmed events. Instead, XRPMoonWalk described the theory as a personal feeling, writing that they believed BlackRock may have already filed an application but that the announcement could be temporarily withheld.

No confirmed evidence supporting the claim that BlackRock has secretly filed an XRP ETF and is withholding the information.

BlackRock Remains a Major Point of XRP ETF Speculation

BlackRock’s potential entry into the XRP ETF market has remained speculative because of the firm’s position in the digital-asset investment industry. The asset manager already operates major spot Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF products.

Recent reporting has continued to note BlackRock’s absence from the XRP ETF race. CoinMarketCap reported that several asset managers recently amended their XRP ETF filings, including Grayscale, Bitwise, Canary, CoinShares, Franklin, 21Shares and WisdomTree, while BlackRock was notably absent.

Earlier reports also indicated that BlackRock had no immediate plans for a U.S. spot XRP ETF, although expectations surrounding a future filing have persisted.

For now, the claim that a BlackRock filing would immediately send XRP to $100 remains highly speculative.
