Crypto analyst Dark Defender says XRP’s weekly RSI just hit a bottom. The analyst posted a chart on X mapping out an Elliott Wave structure, stating the current price action completes a corrective sub-wave inside a larger five-wave pattern.
The chart plots XRP against the US Dollar on a weekly timeframe. It labels a five-wave sequence starting near $0.43 and tracks a secondary correction inside wave 5, broken into its own five sub-waves. That sub-wave count now sits at point 5, right where the RSI indicator also bottoms out near 32.60.
XRP RSI bottomed on the weekly time frame.
This is the Sub-wave structure of the Grand Wave, showing a completion on correction.Expect the strongest reversal in history above the $1.05 zone.

The Reversal Call
Dark Defender’s post makes a specific claim: “Expect the strongest reversal in history above the $1.05 zone.” The chart backs this up with Fibonacci extension levels stacked well above the current price. Targets on the chart range from $2.90 at the 200% extension up to $38.30 at 427.20%, with wave (5) projected near the top of that range by 2027.
The analyst frames the $1.05 area as a structural floor. If price holds there, the chart suggests the next leg up completes the larger five-wave pattern that started years ago.
Reader Reactions Split
The replies to the post show a mix of belief and skepticism. One commenter, JEFF_GO_GET_IT, wrote: “.88 and buy a fck ton more.” He added that he’s fine either way, saying it’s “ok as well” if XRP “goes into space.”
Not everyone bought the call. PJ, posting as @PeterWeldon11, pushed back hard: “All you chart guys have been wrong. I’ve yet to see one of you correct.” That comment pulled in over 600 views and a handful of likes.
Cryptofanatic420 offered a more measured take, tying the chart’s timing to macro events. He wrote that the downtrend “meets perfectly” with regulatory clarity expected “end of September or Oct,” adding a caveat: “If not we maybe cooked.”
Dimitar Ivanov took the opposite stance entirely. He wrote: “short the living shit of that shit it aint the freaking bottom and you know it.”

Reading the RSI Signal
The RSI bottom is the technical anchor for the whole thesis. When RSI drops into oversold territory on a weekly chart and starts turning up, traders often read that as exhaustion in the selling pressure. Dark Defender’s chart shows the RSI’s yellow moving average line flattening out near the same level where wave 5 of the sub-structure completes.
That alignment, price structure and momentum bottoming together, is central to the analyst’s case. Whether it holds depends on XRP defending the $1.05 zone in the coming weeks.
For now, XRP trades in a tight range near the levels Dark Defender flagged, with the market split between traders backing the reversal call and those, like PJ and Dimitar Ivanov, who remain unconvinced. The next few weekly closes above or below $1.05 will likely settle which side gets to say they called it.
