Yellow’s Chief Marketing Officer Is Bullish On XRP. Here’s What She Said

The XRP ecosystem has been generating momentum. A string of recent developments has one prominent Web3 voice paying close attention, and she is not holding back.

Crypto pundit John Squire shared a video of Mario Nawfal’s Crypto Daily Roundtable featuring Shyla, Chief Marketing Officer at Yellow.

She appeared alongside host Kelly Kellam, Chris Terry of Bitseeker Consulting, and other panelists. She used the platform to deliver one of the more enthusiastic takes on XRP heard recently.

A Hardcore XRP Maxi

Shyla opened her XRP commentary with a clear declaration of where she stands, describing herself as a “hardcore XRP maxi.” She cited a series of recent catalysts driving her conviction.

Evernorth listed on NASDAQ, and a bank integrated RLUSD into its banking system. The official XRP account launched on X and gathered over 100,000 followers within hours, and a new XRP branding website went live.

She acknowledged that the price had not yet moved in lockstep with the community energy. Still, she was clear about her read on the situation, stating, “you’re missing out if you’re not riding the XRP wave right now.”

Institutional Ties and the TradFi Convergence

Later in the panel, host Kelly Kellam turned the conversation toward the convergence of traditional finance and decentralized finance. Shyla addressed the question directly and used XRP as her primary example.

She argued that the flow of validation runs in both directions. Institutions are not simply validating crypto. Crypto projects are building gateways into traditional finance. She identified XRP as a project that has lasted because of its deep institutional connections.

She referenced Evernorth’s NASDAQ listing again, describing it as a digital asset treasury holding hundreds of millions of XRP. She also pointed to BlackRock’s interest in Bitcoin and top blue-chip crypto assets, and cited Canton as another project succeeding through institutional partnerships.

On whether current enthusiasm reflects real growth or speculation, she offered a measured position. “I don’t know. Time will tell. But I think that there’s a lot of money going in, being spent in that direction.”

Swell on the Horizon

Shyla flagged Ripple’s annual Swell conference as a near-term event worth watching. She predicted the event would bring significant announcements. Her X feed, she said, was already dominated by XRP content, and she encouraged others to engage with the ecosystem now.

Chris Terry, also on the panel, briefly added that XRP should remain well-positioned institutionally, crediting Brad Garlinghouse’s profile and White House access. He noted that long-term token performance depends on use case development and tokenomics.

Shyla remained consistent throughout the episode. She believes XRP’s institutional momentum is real and expects more to come.
