Blockchain storage layer Xandeum has announced that it will reveal its blueprint for scaling Solana storage at Breakpoint 2024 on September 20, 2024. At the flagship Solana conference in Singapore, Xandeum will also share details of its new storage-enabled liquid staking program and officially announce the launch of the XAND token.

Designed to overcome the limitations of Solana’s current storage model, Xandeum’s technology will allow dapps to scale by accessing virtually unlimited storage. Solana can be looked at as a “world computer”, and Solana accounts are its “RAM”. At Breakpoint 2024, Xandeum will share its vision for adding the “hard drive” via their scalable storage layer, the missing piece to a full-fledged world computer. This innovation enables a Cambrian Explosion of storage-enabled dapps.

The smart contract native storage layer introduces “Xandeum buckets,” an exabytes+ scalable file system integrated directly into Solana RPC nodes. Storage will be offloaded to a decentralized network of hundreds of thousands of storage provider nodes (pNodes), supervised by Xandeum-enabled Solana validators. pNodes, validators, and liquid stakers will earn additional rewards in SOL, thanks to highly dynamic fee markets designed to optimize storage efficiency and profitability.

By utilizing blockchain public addresses as Decentralized Identifiers (DIDs), the API enables telecom service providers to offer third parties the capability to pair phone numbers with blockchain addresses, thereby simplifying transactions for end-users.

iAgent protocol introduced an innovative AI-agent as digital asset class at Malaysia Blockchain Week in Kuala Lumpur and Asia Blockchain Summit in Taiwan this month, allowing gamers around the world to create, train, trade, and monetize personalized game AI-agents that take the NPCs of the past to a whole new level. iAgent protocol has developed the world’s first AI-agent trained from pro-players’ gameplay footage in Counter-Strike. At both MBW and ABS, attendees received a first look at the revolutionary new class of digital gaming assets. iAgent Protocol presented new technology on August 1st and 6th, which uses AI Modules to train gaming characters based on gameplay footage. Their presentation featured an iAgent trained from the video footage of Flaxciz, a professional CS player from Team Secret. 

iAgents are here to not only rehaul the outdated NPCs of the gaming world, but also to empower all gamers within the ecosystem. Any user can train an AI-agent with the gameplay footage and then trade, rent, and monetize their personal game agents. Whether it’s a casual gamer playing with friends, or an entire studio wanting to add world-class human-trained AI characters to their game, iAgent offers new solutions and possibilities. 

In collaboration with Alliance, a global esports powerhouse competing at the forefront of the world’s most popular games, and Team Secret, a professional esports organization, iAgent was able to train a character based on the gameplay footage of Flaxciz.

Jamie Batzorig, CEO of iAgent and keynote speaker, unveiled the human-trained iAgent for the first time. The development team worked with AethirCloud, the project building scalable decentralized cloud infrastructure for Gaming and AI. Powered by DePIN, iAgent protocol leverages underutilized GPU resources from around the world and transforms them into a distributed GPU network dedicated to training AI-agents. 

iAgent is supported by GEDA, a web3 esports ecosystem that is onboarding esports enthusiasts, and Emerge group, gaming marketing agency who have worked with well-known names like Valorant, Mobile Legends, and Riot Games. 

The team at iAgent aims to democratize gaming by creating AI-agents as digital assets and providing all gamers with the tools and infrastructure to train their own Agents. These human trained AI-Agents represent players’ gaming strategies, styles, and creativity turning them into a digital representation of their gaming persona. 

By creating the world’s first AI-agent trained on a pro esports player footage, iAgent is aiming to alter the landscape and future of gaming. E Money Network, a modular RWA blockchain, has launched the biggest RWA grant program in the crypto space, totaling $2 million, to enable RWA projects to build on their blockchain and accelerate the development of the RWA economy. 

E Money Network’s Architecture Unlocks a World of Possibilities

E Money Network is an L1 blockchain that acts as a foundational network for building RWA projects. Apart from a developer-friendly SDK for customized features, it also has standard ready-made modules such as KYC verified onboarding, banking, staking, governance and more that can be incorporated directly into applications. The E Money Network supports interoperability with Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC), allowing the development of applications that can communicate with other IBC-compatible blockchains.

Objectives of the Grant Program

Applicants can submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) detailing their ideas for RWA applications . Its $2 million grant pool will be distributed as initial capital among eligible projects.

E Money Network’s CEO Raj Bagadi quoted “RWA ecosystem is in its nascent stages, and building the RWA ecosystem with numerable RWA-specific applications will help in shaping E Money Network’s trajectory and spearheading new advancements for the wider RWA ecosystem. Hence, we are launching the biggest grant program to enable the next generation of entrepreneurs seeking to rebuild the financial markets with RWA applications.”

Evaluation Criteria for Winning Grants

A group of technology experts, marketing professionals and experienced community members will form the selection committee for reviewing grant applications. Applications to the grant program will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria –

1. The project’s objective and scope
2. The anticipated impact of the project
3. The project’s milestones and KPIs
4. Expected budget
5. Team details including roles, responsibilities and prior experience of each team member
6. Product roadmap

Each proposal must include at least three milestones with measurable KPIs such as user growth, TVL increase, transaction volume, etc. 

Depending on the afore-mentioned factors, projects can become eligible to win grants ranging from $5000 to $50000 based on requirements and scale of the product. Additionally, E Money Network will also provide winners of the grant program access to mentorship from industry experts, legal and compliance support, marketing and growth support, networking opportunities with other RWA projects and E Money Network’s core developers.

Interested developers and builders can join the #BUIDLonEMN initiative by filling out the grant application form here and joining E Money Network’s grant channel on Discord. After the submission of the application, the selection committee will evaluate the project. Successful applications to the grant program will be notified along with further instructions.
