Retail investors might be leaving in numbers, whales seemingly know what the future holds for the hottest meme token in the market, Shiba Inu (SHIB), as another whale just initiated a massive SHIB purchase worth over $89 million.

It’s also worth noting that Shiba Inu (SHIB) remains the second biggest crypto holding on the top 10 list of 100 biggest Ethereum whales.

Ethereum Whale Purchases 3.7 Trillion SHIB Tokens

According to the data provided by WhaleStats, the tracker of 5000 biggest Ethereum whales, a whale ranked 216th on the WhaleStats leaderboard has purchased a whopping 3,713,675,424,944 SHIB tokens worth $89,128,210 at the time of acquisition.

A closer look into the ETH whale’s wallet shows that the investor is holding SHIB as the biggest coin by USD value.

SHIB is the Second Biggest Holding by 100 Biggest Ethereum Whales

WhaleStats provides data on the crypto holdings of the 100 largest investors on the Ethereum blockchain, called whales.

At the time of writing, these Shiba Inu (SHIB) investors hold a total of 53,906,847,868,416 worth $1,284,199,751.

SHIB comes second on the list of the top 10 biggest crypto holdings of these whales after FTT and, therefore, third after Ethereum.
