Shiba Inu Team Confirms: Metaverse Land Payments Using SHIB Will Soon Start As Public Sale Opens

Shiba Inu team has now confirmed that payments of metaverse lands using the digital token SHIB will soon commence as the Public Sale of Shiba Inu virtual land is officially opened.

It can be recalled that some members of the Shiba Inu community complained about their inability to purchase Land with SHIB token on the newly launched SHIB: The Metaverse, as payments were limited to ETH.

The grudge reportedly led to the departure of some SHIB holders who felt left out by the Shiba Inu team.

According to the recent announcement, the team seems to have listened to the cry of the aggrieved members of the community by creating a means for them to pay for lands in the metaverse using SHIB.

Shiba Inu team tweeted, “ShibArmy – The PUBLIC SALE is now open at SHIB.io! Lands are available for everyone to purchase (no locking required). Land prices starting at 0.2 ETH. MetaMask Wallet Required. Coming Soon: Pay with SHIB

All Projects to Revolve Around SHIB

In a recent interview, the project’s lead developer, Shytoshi Kusama, assured that all projects in the Shiba Inu ecosystem have been made to revolve around SHIB:

“The current misconception is that somehow the projects we have been working on have nothing to do with Shiba Inu. But nothing can be further from the truth. We are working towards taking over various industries and they will directly contribute to SHIB or help the ecosystem.”
