Kaal clarified that the availability of the Shibarium explorer, ShibariumScan, does not affect the functionality of the underlying Shibarium network itself. Despite ShibariumScan’s unavailability, the network remains operational.
Kaal explained that ShibariumScan utilizes an open-source version of Blockscout that relies on substantial server resources. Efforts are underway to quickly establish a hosted version of ShibariumScan. The developer urged the Shiba Inu community to dismiss any unnecessary fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD) surrounding this temporary situation.
Amid mounting excitement, an official announcement about Shibarium’s public launch is eagerly anticipated. Notably, Shibarium has already gone live on the popular decentralized finance (DeFi) trading app Dextools, enabling users to trade Shibarium tokens.
Additionally, Geckoterminal, a real-time DEX tracker powered by CoinGecko, has announced the inclusion of Shibarium, providing users with tracking capabilities for all Shibarium tokens.
While awaiting the official news of Shibarium’s public launch, Shiba Inu team member Lucie expressed her expectations and enthusiasm. She wrote, “I’m waiting. Official Announcement All hail Shibizens. This era creates OGs who will joke about these situations like Wen ShibaSwap.”
The forthcoming public debut of the Shibarium Layer 2 version signals further advancements in blockchain technology and has garnered significant anticipation within the community.
At the time of writing, SHIB is trading at $0.000008, with a 2.8% price decrease over the past 24 hours. However, the Shibarium gas token BONE reacted positively to the news of the upcoming public launch, witnessing an 11% increase over the same period to reach $1.39. Doge Killer (LEASH) also demonstrated a positive price trend, rising by 8.89% in the past 24 hours to $471.
As Shiba Inu enthusiasts eagerly await the official announcement, the launch of Shibarium continues to be a significant milestone for the project, highlighting its growing prominence within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
