Fortune Magazine, the global media organization has included Ripple, the crypto solutions company headquartered in San Francisco on the list of the top 100 Best Medium Workplaces in 2022.
Per a tweet on Monday, Ripple which powers the XRP token economy is proud to be among the top 100 Best Medium Workplaces.
Particularly, the leading enterprise blockchain company which enables global financial businesses and institutions to unlock greater economic opportunity for everyone is placed number 34 on the ranking.
It is worth noting that Ripple’s solutions and financial technology are being utilized in over 50 countries.

According to Ripple, the company has over 500 passionate and purpose-driven employees in its ecosystem. Data shows that the San Francisco-headquartered crypto company has 15 offices globally and they are strategically located in key technology and financial centers.
A review by Great Place to Work revealed that 95% of the 500+ employees at Ripple assert that the crypto company is a great place to work.
In comparison, only 57% of employees say that a typical United States-based company is a great place to work.

Per the survey, 100% of employees at Ripple said; “when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome.” 98% of Ripple’s workers said, “I am able to take time off from work when I think it’s necessary.
On the other hand, 97% of staff said, “management is honest and ethical in its business practices.” 96% of the 500+ employees at the crypto solutions company noted that “management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulders. While 96% of Ripple’s workforce said, “our facilities contribute to a good working environment.”
Moreover, the leading blockchain enterprise was recently ranked third on the list of top 100 Bay Area Corporate philanthropists, which indicates that the firm is growing despite the ongoing lawsuit against the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
In 2020 the company was ranked number 25 on the list of Fortune Magazine Best Workplaces in the Bay Area for the Small And Medium category.
