X Finance Bull has explained why his confidence in XRP remains focused on its underlying utility rather than short-term price movements.
In a post on X, he said his bullish outlook did not depend on “one candle” but instead came from his understanding of the problem XRP was designed to address.
X Finance Bull noted that XRP’s potential rests on three key functions: moving value faster, freeing trapped liquidity, and connecting different forms of money. He added that the problem these functions seek to address is becoming larger.
His comments place the focus on payment infrastructure rather than daily market movements. Instead of measuring XRP’s prospects through individual price candles, X Finance Bulls look at the broader financial challenges of transferring money across borders.
Faster Movement of Value
X Finance Bull first identified the need to move value faster.
Transactions on the XRP Ledger can settle within seconds, allowing value to move more quickly without going through the same lengthy process used by traditional correspondent banking systems.
This serves as one of the major use cases associated with XRP and the XRP Ledger, especially when financial institutions need to move money between different currencies or payment networks.
Addressing Trapped Liquidity
The second issue X Finance Bull identified involves liquidity. Traditional cross-border payment arrangements can require institutions to maintain funds in different jurisdictions so they can complete payments when needed.
These arrangements can leave capital tied up instead of allowing institutions to deploy it elsewhere. XRP-based liquidity models have been proposed as a way to reduce some of that pre-funding requirement by using XRP as a bridge between currencies.
X Finance Bull therefore connects XRP’s potential to the efficiency of global payment flows rather than simply its market price.
Connecting Different Forms of Money
The third part of his thesis involves connecting different forms of money. The financial system continues to develop across multiple payment networks and digital assets, including stablecoins, tokenized assets, and potential central bank digital currencies.

That development could increase the need for systems that allow value to move between otherwise separate networks. X Finance Bull believes XRP’s role in facilitating such transfers remains relevant as the financial system becomes more digitally connected.
An X user challenged this outlook in the comments, noting that institutions are not necessarily required to use XRP when working with Ripple-related payment infrastructure. The user also pointed out that RippleNet can operate without XRPL and that RLUSD operates on Ethereum as well as XRPL.
X Finance Bull’s original post, however, centered on the broader problem XRP seeks to address. His position remains that the case for XRP should not depend on a single price candle but on whether faster settlement, more efficient liquidity, and greater interoperability become increasingly important to the global financial system.
