New Proposal to Repeal Proposal 10983 That Mints 50% of All LUNC Burns Is Now Live

According to the latest development, a new proposal targeted at repealing proposal 10983, which mints 50% of all LUNC burns, is now launched for voting on Terra Station.

Mr. Diamondhandz1, the host of LUNCLIVE, who recently shared the latest development in a tweet, said any LUNC community member supporting the new proposal indirectly supports Binance. Consequently, he urged everyone to support Binance like they have been supporting the Terra Classic community.

Mr. Diamondhandz1 tweeted, “BREAKING: Proposal #11111 to REPEAL proposal #10983 which mints 50% of all burns is now live for voting on Terra Station. It’s time for the LUNC community to support Binance like they supported us. Get out and vote!”

According to Matts Market, Co-Owner of LuncLive Validator, who authored proposal 11111, it’s recommended to repeal proposal 10983 & reverse the code changes implemented by that proposal.

Buttressing what the community stands to lose if proposal 10983 is made to remain active, Matts said, “There is a danger of alienating our largest supporters down to our retail investors.”

He added that he believes it’s in the “community’s best interest to repeal and replace it to the prior 0.2% tax and 10% of the burn tax to be reminted and sent to the community pool for the time being.”

As expected, the new development was greeted with tons of reactions. Most respondents see the new proposal as the way forward for the Terra Classic community.
