Evernorth has placed XRP at the center of its corporate strategy, with plans to accumulate the asset, expand into major international XRP markets, and generate returns from its treasury.
Crypto researcher SMQKE posted the company’s strategy document on X. The document outlines how Evernorth plans to use XRP beyond simply holding it on its balance sheet.
The strategy comes as Evernorth prepares to enter Nasdaq under the XRPN ticker. The company delayed its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II from October 7 to October 9 because of an administrative issue. Evernorth now expects XRPN trading to begin on October 12.

Evernorth Makes XRP Accumulation A Core Strategy
SMQKE identified XRP accumulation as the first pillar of Evernorth’s corporate strategy.
Evernorth plans to acquire XRP through financial products that support an optimized capital structure. The company wants to maximize the amount of XRP held per share, making XRP accumulation a central part of its corporate model.
This approach gives Evernorth a specific objective for its XRP treasury. Instead of treating XRP solely as a reserve asset, the company plans to structure its financial activities around increasing XRP exposure on a per-share basis.
Evernorth also connects its accumulation strategy with its plans to generate returns from its XRP holdings.
Japan And South Korea Lead International Expansion
Evernorth identifies international expansion as its second strategic pillar. The company plans to develop an international expansion blueprint and initially target markets with strong XRP demand, specifically Japan and South Korea.
These markets already have significant XRP activity, giving Evernorth established markets for its expansion plans.
SMQKE also cited an SBI Group presentation that provides additional details about Evernorth’s planned operations. The presentation says Evernorth plans to lend XRP to institutional investors and use decentralized finance to generate additional returns.
Evernorth therefore intends to actively deploy its XRP treasury rather than simply holding the asset.
Evernorth Plans XRP-Based Yield Generation
Evernorth’s third pillar focuses on diversified yield generation. The company plans to deploy its XRP treasury into activities that can generate returns while managing risk.
The SBI Group presentation also says Evernorth plans to operate an XRP Ledger validator. That move would give the company a direct operational role within the XRP Ledger ecosystem while it develops its broader XRP-focused business.

SBI Group has committed $200 million in cash to Evernorth, while the company has raised more than $1 billion in total.
Evernorth also plans to have a major auditing firm review its financial statements, adding another layer of financial oversight as it begins operating its XRP-focused strategy.
With the merger now scheduled to close on October 9 and XRPN trading expected to begin on October 12, Evernorth is approaching its public-market launch with a clearly defined XRP strategy.
