Cardano (ADA), the largest proof-of-stake (PoS) blockchain created by Charles Hoskinson, has been recognized as the number one crypto in the Top Brand Intimacy 2022 Rankings.
In the overall rankings, Cardano is rated 26th, outranking top brands such as Nestle, BMW, NETGEAR, IBM, Honda, Volvo, and many others.

According to the MBLM Top Brand Intimacy 2022 report, Cardano (ADA) emerged as the top crypto and blockchain brand with a quotient score of 52.6.

Bitcoin (BTC), the largest cryptocurrency by market cap, is ranked second crypto brand and 30th overall, with a quotient score of 51.7.
Behind Bitcoin (BTC) is Polkadot (DOT), with an overall rank of 111. Followed by Ethereum (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, at 120th position overall.
The MBLM’s Brand Intimacy Study is centered on the largest brands based on emotions. The ranking makes use of technological tools, such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), to assess how consumers bond with their desired brands.
In the study, intimacy is measured by reviewing intensity, archetypes, and stages based on a quotient score between 0 and 100.
The study breaks down Cardano’s ranking as follows:
“Cardano / ADA ranks 26th, and has an industry ranking of 1st. Cardano / ADA’s quotient score is 52.6. Its strongest archetype is indulgence. Cardano / ADA has 21% of users in the sharing stage, 11% in bonding, and 9% in fusing. Of the consumers who write about Cardano / ADA, 41.1% are in some form of intimacy with the brand.”

How Cardano Outranked Bitcoin and Others
The research also shows that crypto is the 8th most intimate industry in the 2022 rankings. And Cardano managed to outrank others through several initiatives deployed by the team at Input Output Global (IOG), the software firm behind the development of the blockchain project, led by Charles Hoskinson.
Also, on several occasions over the years and in 2022, Cardano emerged as the blockchain with the highest number of commits on Github.
Describing Cardano (ADA), the study says:
“Cardano is a blockchain platform for changemakers, innovators, and visionaries, with the tools and technologies required to create the possibility for the many, as well as the few, and bring about positive global change. This may explain why Cardano leads in building emotional connections and stronger bonds with users.”
