Black Swan Capitalist: XRP Is Doing What Bitcoin Did In Prior Cycles

Versan Aljarrah, founder of Black Swan Capitalist, published a chart analysis on XRP that caught attention for its historical scope and its projection of significant price appreciation through 2030. The financial analyst shared a chart spanning 2013 to 2031. It shows a pattern that Aljarrah believes is repeating with precision.

A Pattern Rooted in Bitcoin’s History

Aljarrah primarily focuses on the structure. He states XRP is doing “what Bitcoin did in prior cycles.” Each major cycle in his chart shows a sharp rally followed by a steep correction, with the next base forming at a higher level than the previous one.

The three documented drawdowns on the chart read -96.69%, -95.20%, and -91.20%, respectively. Each pullback was severe. Each recovery came from a higher low than the last. The price stood at $1.1380 at the time of his analysis. This put it above the Accumulation Zone, a green-highlighted band between roughly $0.50 and $0.70.

A rising black trendline, labeled “Strong Support Trend Line,” connects the lows of each prior cycle. That trendline now runs directly beneath current price action.

Macro Pressure Meets Infrastructure

Aljarrah ties the technical setup to a macro thesis. He identifies “fiscal pressure + yield management” as forces now converging on XRP. His view is that these conditions are hitting the best payments rail in crypto. The argument is that institutional capital moves toward efficiency under macro stress. His analysis suggests that XRP is the recipient of that institutional interest.

The chart’s purple arrow projects a move from the current accumulation zone toward $10 by approximately 2029 to 2030. XRP currently trades at $1.40, and the recent price surge sent the asset to a multi-month peak of $1.68. However, the asset may decline again before the climb toward Aljarrah’s double-digit target.

What the Chart Projects

The structure Aljarrah presents is cyclical. Each prior peak on the chart reached above $3 before a violent and extended correction. The next projected peak targets $10.

To reach that level, XRP must crash into the accumulation zone. This suggests another dip below $1, with XRP reaching a much deeper level than earlier in the month when the decline stopped at $0.9884.

The arrow traces a path that curves upward sharply after 2027, accelerating into the 2029 to 2030 range before approaching that resistance level. Aljarrah closed with a strong line: “Don’t sleep on this.” He positions that XRP is in accumulation now, and capital is moving in quietly before the next upward leg.
