The SEC filed a lawsuit against Ripple in December 2020, alleging that the company had violated US securities laws by selling XRP tokens without registering them.

In a recent interview with Bloomberg, Garlinghouse said justice delayed is justice denied. He revealed that the SEC lawsuit won’t stop Ripple from growing.
