Ethereum Whale, identified as Gimli, has just purchased another 28 billion Shiba Inu (SHIB) worth about $1.1 million, according to WhaleStats, an analytics platform for the top 1000 ETH wallets.
Despite the declines in the price of the hottest meme token, Shiba Inu, whales have not ceased from accumulating more of the SHIB token.

The popular Ethereum whale, Gimli, has been found accumulating the cryptocurrency on several occasions. About four days ago, the particular whale reportedly purchased about 25 billion SHIB tokens valued at around $1 million.
Overall, the whale now holds 1.2 trillion Shiba Inu coins worth about $53 million.
Shiba Inu returned to the spotlight after its 40% rally as Kraken became the latest exchange to allow trading of the Shiba Inu token.
Pressure on Robinhood to list Shiba Inu keeps mounting as a Change.org petition in favor of this listing has more than 542,000 signatures at the time of writing. Also, SHIB is trading at $0.00004412 at the time of press, according to CoinMarketCap.
