Analyst Says XRP Flashes Buy Signal, States the Critical Level

Crypto analyst Ali Charts has identified a new buy signal for XRP on the three-day chart, but the setup comes with an important condition.

The TD Sequential indicator has triggered a buy signal, and previous signals on the same timeframe have preceded notable rebounds.

According to Ali Charts’ X post, the three previous signals resulted in gains of 31%, 24%, and 18%, respectively. He described the latest signal as “worth paying attention to” while making clear that XRP’s ability to hold key support will determine whether the setup plays out.

XRP Faces Two Possible Paths

Ali Charts identified $1.25 as the level that could determine XRP’s next move. If XRP holds above that price, he sees the possibility of a rebound toward $1.40.

A break below the level would change the outlook. In that scenario, Ali Charts cited continued profit-taking by large XRP holders as a factor that could increase selling pressure.

XRP was trading around $1.299 when Ali Charts shared the chart accompanying his analysis, placing the token relatively close to the level he identified as critical.

Whale Holdings and Exchange Supply Add Pressure

Ali Charts also examined recent on-chain data showing changes among large XRP holders. The number of wallets holding between 10 million and 100 million XRP has declined from 351 to 339 in recent weeks.

Meanwhile, the amount of XRP held on exchanges has increased from 11.003 billion to approximately 11.05 billion tokens. That represents an increase of roughly 50 million XRP on trading platforms.

Ali Charts warned that continued transfers from large holders to exchanges could make more XRP available for sale, potentially adding pressure to the market.

$1.26 Holds the Bearish Case Together

In another part of his analysis, Ali Charts identified $1.26 as the lower boundary of a channel XRP has formed since August. A decisive move below that support could send XRP toward $1.11, while a deeper decline could take the price toward $0.98.

That lower target sits roughly 22% below the $1.26 level and would represent a significant deterioration from the current setup.

The current picture therefore presents two competing signals. The TD Sequential indicator has produced a buy signal with a history of strong rebounds, while declining large-holder wallets and rising exchange balances point to potential selling pressure.

For Ali Charts, the key levels remain clear. Holding around $1.25 could support a recovery toward $1.40, while losing the $1.26 area could open the door to $1.11 and potentially $0.98.
