Finance expert Austin Hilton wants XRP holders to pay attention. In a video posted alongside a tweet, he introduced a platform called Market Vitals, a trading tool he says has never been available to retail investors before.
The platform assigns a 0-to-100 health score to the overall crypto market, drawing on data from 115 coins to produce a single aggregate reading.
Hilton describes the dataset behind it as institutional in origin. “The data behind this is running an institutional-grade trading desk,” he said. “Millions of trading dollars.”

How Market Vitals Works
The tool gives users a real-time snapshot of market health. A score between 50 and 65 indicates a healthy market. At the time of Hilton’s video, the score was 56, but it came with short-term caution. The platform projected a -3.6% move over the next 10 days, a positive turn within 30 days, and potential weakness in the 90-to-120-day window.
Beyond the aggregate score, Market Vitals breaks down performance by sector. Infrastructure scored among the strongest sectors. Meme coins sat at 36, showing one of the weakest readings on the board.
XRP Gets Its Own Reading
Hilton pulled up XRP specifically during the video. At the time of recording, the platform rated XRP as a sell. Its trading rule had been short since October 7th, 2026. Hilton was careful to clarify that this does not mean long-term holders should exit their positions. The tool targets traders looking to time entries and exits around a core holding.
Looking back six months on the XRP chart, Hilton showed the tool’s historical signals. One buy signal marked the start of a 32% move up. A separate sell signal preceded a 26% decline.
Access and Pricing
Market Vitals is now at $99 per month. A quarterly subscription offers a price reduction. Hilton says a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund policy is in place for new subscribers.
He also highlighted a portfolio feature that lets users input their holdings and receive a composite score. Individual coin rankings show which assets are currently in buy or sell territory across the top 100-plus coins. At the time of filming, Python, Arbitrum, Filecoin, and Injective appeared among the top-ranked buys.
Hilton described Market Vitals as a platform that combines years of proprietary data with AI-driven algorithms and is now accessible to the public.
