XRP is approaching a price level that crypto analyst CasiTrades (@CasiTrades) believes could mark the bottom of a significant corrective wave. The setup has been building for weeks, and traders are now watching closely. At the time of her analysis, XRP traded at $1.3135.
The Wave 2 Correction Takes Shape
CasiTrades identifies the current XRP price action as a Wave 2 correction within a larger Elliott Wave structure. On the chart, the price has declined sharply from highs near $1.50, with the analyst targeting $1.27 as the likely bottom.
She notes that $1.27 includes “a small buffer above the actual fib near $1.26,” which aligns with the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement level at $1.2602 visible on the chart. A secondary support cluster sits at $1.2374, representing the 0.65 retracement.
The green support zone on the chart, labeled (2), spans roughly $1.24 to $1.32. This is where CasiTrades expects accumulation activity to concentrate.
🚨 ripple:native SETTING UP $1.27 AS THE W2 BOTTOM! 🚨
XRP is moving right along in its W2 correction, and we're getting VERY close to our first target at $1.27! Recent development is giving me even more reason to believe this could be our bottom. Remember, $1.27 includes a… pic.twitter.com/xRG20qHe9q

Bitcoin’s Stability Adds a Variable
One element CasiTrades highlights is Bitcoin’s relative stillness during this period. She notes that altcoins “could find support soon and break higher without making new lows” even if Bitcoin does not follow. This creates a scenario where XRP’s recovery does not depend entirely on a Bitcoin move. It gives XRP a degree of independence in the short term.
Two Scenarios on the Table
CasiTrades presents traders with two possible outcomes from the $1.27 level. In the first, XRP reacts at $1.27, holds, and builds toward a Wave 3 advance. In the second, price holds briefly before continuing lower toward $1.10 or $0.87. The $1.0924 and $1.0851 levels on the chart mark that deeper support band, reinforced by a wide green horizontal zone.
She is clear about her preference. She describes the current zone as where “swing traders and long-term holders are accumulating, positioning for the larger trend toward double digits.” A confirmed break above $1.65 resistance is her threshold before considering leveraged positions.
What Traders Are Watching
The RSI indicator at the bottom of the chart shows a bullish divergence signal. The indicator currently reads 42.47, with the signal line at 37.07. Both are approaching oversold territory. CasiTrades asks whether the current pullback is “setting up the next major W3.”
The chart structure she has built points to $1.27 as the decision level. A hold there keeps the bullish count intact. A break below opens the path to the lower support band. Either way, the structure will clarify soon.
