Crypto enthusiast Gina has presented a long-term cycle theory that she believes could signal the end of XRP’s current decline.
In a post on X, Gina stated that this is the “final leg down” for XRP and noted that its cycle has remained consistent for the past decade. Gina based the claim on a chart showing repeated periods of approximately 1,064 days of upward movement followed by 365 days of decline.
The chart tracks Bitcoin’s historical price cycles, rather than XRP’s own price history, but Gina used the pattern to support her view on XRP’s broader market cycle. “XRP cycle has never broken in a decade,” Gina wrote.

Chart Shows Potential Recovery Toward 2029
The chart attached to Gina’s post places the current cycle around 2026 and shows a projected decline before another extended upward period. The projection reaches toward the $175,000 area by around 2030, reflecting Bitcoin’s price scale rather than an XRP price target.
Gina’s post does not provide a separate XRP-specific chart or technical indicators for XRP. Instead, the argument relies on the recurring cycle structure displayed in the attached Bitcoin chart.
Community Member Questions the Chart
The post also drew a correction from Michael Ufferman, who noted that the chart Gina shared represents Bitcoin rather than XRP.
“FYI…the chart you are showing is the BTC chart,” Ufferman commented.
His response raises an important distinction between using Bitcoin’s historical cycles as a reference and demonstrating that XRP itself follows the same pattern. Gina’s claim specifically concerns XRP, while the visual evidence attached to the post tracks Bitcoin’s previous cycles.
Another commenter, Robert Mutch, focused on XRP’s current market conditions rather than the cycle comparison. Mutch noted that XRP remains largely stagnant and suggested that price movement toward $3 or $4 would not satisfy market expectations.
“Until there is Clarity and adoption, only then will we see what we all are interested in,” Mutch wrote.
Gina’s post therefore centers on the possibility that XRP has reached the final stage of its current decline. At the same time, the responses raise questions about the chart used to support that view and the factors that could ultimately drive stronger XRP price movement.
