XRP is approaching a price area where leveraged positions could play a significant role in the next major move. Crypto analyst Xaif Crypto shared a Binance XRP/USDT liquidation map on X, showing substantial liquidation above the current price, while another concentration sits below $1.02.
The chart presents a range that could become important if XRP experiences a sharp increase in volatility. Xaif Crypto focused on the distribution of these liquidation levels and questioned which side of the market could be affected first.
XRP liquidation map is getting interesting 👀
$1.05–$1.14+ is packed with potential liquidation liquidity, while there’s another cluster sitting below $1.02.

Liquidation Liquidity Builds Above XRP
According to Xaif Crypto, the $1.05 to $1.14+ region contains a large concentration of potential liquidation liquidity. The attached CoinGlass map displays numerous liquidation levels across this range, with several dense areas extending above $1.10.
The analyst also identified another cluster below $1.02. These levels represent areas where leveraged positions could face liquidation if XRP moves far enough in either direction.
Xaif Crypto explained that an aggressive move could make leverage amplify the initial price movement. In the post, the analyst wrote, “If XRP starts moving aggressively, leverage could turn a normal move into a cascade.”
The central question for the analyst concerns which side of the market XRP reaches first. Xaif Crypto asked, “The question is: which side gets hunted first?”
The chart shows XRP trading around $1.03 at the time represented. It places the current price between the larger liquidation concentration above and another cluster below, leaving both sides relevant to the analysis.
Traders Watch Open Interest and Price Direction
One commenter, Macro Bombastic, focused on open interest when assessing the liquidation clusters. The user wrote, “those clusters always snap toward the weaker side, watch the open interest.”
Open interest measures the total number of outstanding derivatives contracts. Traders often examine it alongside price movements because large concentrations of leveraged positions can increase the significance of certain price levels.
Another commenter, NuckingFuts, presented a different scenario. The user wrote, “Up then Clear the equal highs and then cascade down. My opinion.” This suggests a possible move higher first, followed by a decline after XRP reaches nearby highs.
The comment section also included a separate view from donar, who focused on XRP’s supply rather than liquidation levels. The user wrote, “Price appreciation requires scarcity. With 100 billion XRP in existence—matching the number of historical humans, brain neurons, and stars in our galaxy—the asset simply lacks that scarcity.”

XRP’s Next Move Could Test Both Clusters
Xaif Crypto’s analysis centers on the positioning of leveraged traders rather than a specific price prediction. The liquidation map shows substantial activity above the current XRP price, particularly through the $1.05 to $1.14 range, while the area below $1.02 also contains notable levels.
A strong move in either direction could therefore bring different groups of leveraged traders closer to liquidation. For now, the analyst’s key question remains whether XRP first moves toward the higher concentration or tests the lower cluster.
