Currently, the XRP Ledger boasts over 125 validators responsible for verifying the legitimacy of transactions on the network. However, only a select group of around 35 validators hold the prestigious dUNL status.
These designated validators play a crucial role in the network’s consensus mechanism. Some prominent names on the dUNL list include Ripple, Bitrue, XRP Labs, Bitso, onXRP, and Bithomp.
With the addition of Infinite Block, the XRP Ledger ecosystem continues to expand, now encompassing over 615 nodes globally. This geographically diverse network strengthens the XRP Ledger’s resilience and scalability, making it a compelling option for various blockchain applications.
