Emi Yoshikawa tweeted, “With Cryptobar P2P, I thought that I couldn’t use XRP, so I negotiated with the owner @project_bbb and asked him to accept XRP payment. The first XRP payment has been completed. XRP holders, you can now make XRP payments with CryptoBarP2P! Let’s go.”
Cryptobar P2Pで、あれ、XRP使えないぞと思い、オーナーの@project_bbbさんに交渉してXRP決済OKにしてもらいました。第一号XRP決済完了。

The new development indicates that Ripple’s digital token XRP is gaining massive adoption outside the United States, where its security status is being challenged by the SEC in court.

CryptoBar P2P is a social platform where crypto and blockchain users share ideas in relation to the industry.
The platform gives those with dedicated non-fungible tokens (NFTs) free refreshments, including food and drinks, while those without dedicated NFTs are required to pay for their food and drinks using supported cryptocurrencies, such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and USD Coin (USDC).
With the latest development, XRP has now joined the few cryptocurrencies on the platform.
In another tweet, Yoshikawa revealed that the CryptoBar P2P staff cherish Wietse Wind’s Xumm Wallet a lot: “Now you can use XRP for payments at @CryptoBarP2P in Tokyo! Be sure to check it out when you visit Tokyo!! @WietseWind the bar staff loves @XummWallet!”
