Wall Street Is loading up on XRP. Here’s What Goldman Sachs Just Did

Crypto pundit BankXRP (@BankXRP) posted a Bloomberg Intelligence table showing every major 13F filer for spot XRP ETFs. Goldman Sachs sits at the top with 84 million tokens, representing $87.4 million in dollar exposure.

Goldman Sachs‘s Quarter-Over-Quarter Swing

Goldman Sachs‘s $87.4 million position is notable not just for its size but for how quickly it was built. In late 2025, Goldman was the largest spot XRP ETF holder.

However, the bank held zero XRP ETF exposure by Q1 2026. It had exited completely, rotating into crypto equities including Circle, Galaxy Digital, and Coinbase. The Q2 filing shows a quarterly change of 83,151,053 XRP units.

BankXRP confirmed Goldman as “the largest disclosed XRP ETF holder.” It has reclaimed its spot, and its position spans five separate XRP ETF products, including Franklin, Bitwise, Canary, 21Shares, and Grayscale. Goldman also holds $3.8 million in Evernorth Holdings, a publicly traded XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, SBI, Pantera Capital, and Kraken.

Rising Institutional Adoption

Goldman tops the list. Jane Street Group follows at $16.6 million. Jane Street’s $16.6 million disclosure carries a different weight than a standard institutional allocation. The firm operates as a market maker. Its positions across multiple XRP ETF products simultaneously reflect involvement in the ecosystem liquidity structure.

Millennium Management reports $16.2 million. Intesa Sanpaolo, one of Europe’s largest banks, discloses $14.4 million. Wells Fargo, which manages $2.1 trillion in total assets, holds $9.18 million in the Bitwise XRP ETF across two positions. Citadel Advisors comes in at $1.85 million.

Trading firms, investment banks, private equity firms, and commercial banks all filed in the same Q2 cycle. That range of institution types has not appeared together in a single XRP ETF disclosure period before.

A Disclosure Record That Keeps Growing

Q2 2026 has produced more institutional XRP ETF disclosures than any prior quarter. Each firm approached its position differently. Goldman diversified across five issuers. Wells Fargo concentrated on one product. Jane Street covered all major issuers at once.

The strategies vary, but the outcome is the same. More capital from more institution types is now sitting in spot XRP ETFs than at any point since they launched. The list includes over 30 institutions, highlighting where institutional XRP adoption stands heading into the second half of 2026.
