Important Update from D3
In a post on X, D3 has announced the release of a crucial update for SHIB holders. Any users who had previously experienced a “stuck” ShibName in the Mantra smart contract during the transition from SNS to D3 will now find their names successfully unlocked and accessible within their wallets.
The recent early access launch has marked the first chapter for Shib Names, with full public access slated for March 26th. This will be followed by the launch of the D3 Marketplace, allowing users to easily buy, sell, and place offers on their desired Shib Names.

Unveiled in October 2023 on Shibarium, the Shib Name Service (SNS) marked the initial step in Shiba Inu’s journey towards Shibdentity – a decentralized platform empowering users with ownership and control over their digital identities.
To further enhance the user experience, the SNS has evolved into SHIB Name Tokens, known simply as Shib Names – officially supported by D3. This transition provides upgraded Shib names directly to user wallets.
