Biggs Describes the Vision
The vision centers on Elon Musk, who Biggs describes as wearing a suit “so black” it was unlike anything he had seen. He paired it with a white shirt he calls blinding. He says Musk’s tie “became even blacker.” He acknowledges the imagery is symbolic.
The detail that drew the most attention comes next. Biggs says he saw the X symbol and XRP crossing to form one symbol. He is clear about one thing. “I’m not saying they will merge. This is not financial advice. This is a vision.”
He also describes an owl landing on Musk’s shoulder, which he describes as sinister. The owl wore what he describes as a dark wizard’s hat.

Digital Asset Investor Responds
Digital Asset Investor did not hold back his skepticism. “The dude’s probably a nut,” he said of Biggs. Still, he chose to engage with the vision rather than dismiss it entirely.
His reason is straightforward. He says he reached similar conclusions about seven years ago, not through a vision, but through research and pattern recognition. He pointed to Starlink satellites as a potential vehicle for banking the unbanked. “The only way that you could bank the unbanked people out in the middle of nowhere,” he said, was through satellite infrastructure.
He also referenced Ripple’s past commercials featuring astronauts beaming money down to Earth. He treats this as validation of a thesis he has held for years.
X Money and the Path Ahead
Digital Asset Investor goes further than simply connecting Starlink to XRP. He believes X Money, Elon Musk’s financial product under the X platform, is on course to become a major player. “X Money could very likely be the largest bank in the world,” he said.
This assertion is intriguing, as many market participants believe the recent partnership between Ripple and Cross River Bank could give XRP a pathway into X Money. In his analysis, he sees all of this as converging. Starlink, X Money, Ripple’s technology, and XRP occupy the same space.
Where XRP Fits
Biggs previously called XRP a pillar of a new financial system. Digital Asset Investor’s comments suggest he sees a real-world basis for that kind of positioning. He believes the infrastructure is already being built.
