Xumm Pro Beta Testing

To give users an improved wallet experience, the team has rolled out the Xumm Pro Beta for testing. The features of this upgrade are unique including advanced push notifications elements where pro users can enable/disable notifications for their linked accounts.

Also, the ability to split wallet funds into two separate accounts – spending and saving is included. In addition, users will get a free Tangem card when they order the Xumm Pro but there is a clause on this. XUMM Tangem cards are not bank cards. They can only be used with the XUMM App as an XRP Ledger wallet.

However, to access the associated elements and full functionalities of Xumm Pro, users must purchase a subscription. At press time, the subscription fee is $60 and is to be paid in XRP.

To note, Xumm is still in a public beta. Therefore, subscription only starts to count when Xumm Pro is out of beta.

“Over the course of months, we will add more features to the Pro Beta. If you get Pro Beta now, you will get free access as long we’re building (Beta),” the Xumm team tweeted.

Interestingly, the Xumm Pro beta will offer users a way to buy XRP in Euros in the future. Once this feature is released, the team hopes to enable it first for Netherlands subscribers and later expand across Europe.

“Starting with our subscribers in the Netherlands, you will be able to purchase up to 5000 Euros worth of XRP via Xumm Pro. You can also cash out your XRP into Euros. Once released, we plan to expand across Europe as regulatory compliance is completed for each jurisdiction.”
