The Structure Behind the Story

Evernorth is built around one asset. The company acquires XRP, holds it as its primary reserve, and plans to grow its per-share XRP position over time. At closing, expected October 7, it will hold about 473 million XRP, valued at over $700 million.

The company has raised over $1 billion from backers including Ripple, SBI Group, Pantera Capital, and Kraken. This is not a passive holding vehicle. Evernorth intends to deploy its XRP through institutional lending, liquidity provisioning, and participation in XRP Ledger financial infrastructure. Every capital raise means more XRP purchased from the open market.

What Rietveld Identified

Rietveld focused specifically on the demand argument. “If Evernorth keeps raising money and buying more XRP, that could create even more demand for XRP,” he told his audience.

Institutions that want XRP exposure through a regulated, publicly traded stock do not need to touch the token directly. They buy XRPN shares. Evernorth then purchases XRP to back those shares. The buying pressure on XRP comes through the company, not the investor.

He also noted that the listing gives Wall Street “another way to get massive exposure to XRP.” Wall Street has shown interest in XRP, and Evernorth expands the pool of capital that can flow toward the asset without direct token ownership.

The Demand Mechanism

Regulated funds, asset managers, and pension funds often face restrictions on holding crypto assets directly. A Nasdaq-listed treasury stock removes that barrier entirely. Capital that previously sat on the sidelines now has a compliant entry point.

Each new raise Evernorth completes translates directly into XRP purchases. That is a repeating demand cycle tied to the company’s growth, not retail trading sentiment. It operates on a different timeline and at a different scale.

October 8 is the Real Test

Rietveld did not hedge his outlook. “I wouldn’t be surprised if XRP goes way higher than people are expecting,” he said. XRPN’s sharp upward move ahead of the listing reflects strong anticipation.

When XRPN begins trading as a fully merged company on October 8, the market will price Evernorth based on its treasury, its yield strategy, and its capacity to keep raising capital. That will be the clearest signal yet of how serious institutional demand for XRP actually is.

Charts often fail to deliver what is first identified and morph into something else. That is the foundation of his analysis.

He trades price exclusively and says he “could care less about the fundamentals of XRP or any other coin than BTC.” To XRP fans, he believes his analysis isn’t meant as an offense. “I trade price. Price is all that matters to me.”

XRP Carries the Heaviest Overhead Supply

XRP trades at $1.51 on the weekly chart. Brandt identifies a Cup and Handle on the asset’s chart. On a larger time scale, that same C&H may be forming the right shoulder of a Head and Shoulders pattern. This is the chart change Brandt warns about. One pattern is identified only to turn into something else.

The measured move from the inverted H&S projects to $2.16, derived by applying the height of the formation to the daily closing price. The right shoulder is poorly formed and abbreviated. This would suggest further right shoulder development is likely, but not necessary.

The bigger problem is overhead supply. Brandt says there is “a TON of overhead supply to work through” in XRP and calls it a direct negative. The weekly chart confirms it, with price at $1.51 sitting well below the 2025 high of $3.65.

SOL’s Cup and Handle on a Different Level

Solana trades at $121.06 on the weekly chart. Brandt describes it as showing “a Cup and Handle on a different level than XRP.” The chart shows a multi-year cup with a clear rim near $260, built across the 2021 peak and the 2024-2025 rally. The price is recovering from lows near $75 with less congestion at key resistance levels than XRP carries.

ETH and XLM Both Face Less Overhead Supply

Brandt notes ETH has “massive congestion” but without “the same type of overhead supply that we find in XRP.” Although other analysts have predicted that XRP will dominate ETH, that distinction places ETH in a structurally stronger position than XRP on that measure.

Brandt also flags XLM as carrying overhead supply similar to XRP, but with a different magnitude. That is the extent of the comparison he draws between the two. He has also previously called XLM a good pick for a long-shot bet.

XMR is Brandt’s Clear Favorite

Monero trades at $560.88. Brandt calls it his favorite by far. The weekly chart shows a long-term ascending resistance line from the 2021 high that XMR broke above in 2026. The price has continued higher since. All the overhead supply has been absorbed.

Brandt says it is “clear sailing ahead.” He doesn’t know the fundamental narrative behind XMR but believes he doesn’t need to.

What Separates All Five Assets?

Brandt’s preference comes down to one thing. XMR absorbed its overhead supply. SOL navigates it well. ETH carries congestion but avoids XRP’s specific problem. XLM shares XRP’s burden on a smaller scale. XRP carries the most of any asset in this comparison.

In an X post, XRP Whale said, “If you HOLD +5,000 XRP, you are set for life! You will be a millionaire!” The post also included the hashtag #XRP.

The statement focuses on holding at least 5,000 XRP and suggests that such a position could eventually create significant wealth. However, the math shows XRP would need to reach a much higher price for 5,000 XRP to become $1 million.

At 5,000 XRP, the token would need to reach exactly $200 for the holding to reach the $1 million mark. Other users responded skeptically and questioned whether holding 5,000 XRP alone could guarantee financial independence.

Commenters Challenge the Millionaire Claim

Pablo directly challenged the statement by pointing to XRP’s price and the value of a 5,000 XRP holding. He wrote, “Lie, 5,000 X 1.50 = 7,500,” before asking, “You’ll get rich in which country in the world?”

His response compared the current value of 5,000 XRP with the much higher valuation required to reach $1 million. At $1.50 per XRP, 5,000 XRP would be $7,500, not $1 million.

Another commenter, HenriPcr, responded by discussing XRP’s divisibility. He noted that XRP divides into 1 million units known as drops. He then pointed out that even at a hypothetical XRP price of $10,000, one drop would equal one cent.

HenriPcr also referenced XRP Ledger transaction fees, noting that a typical transaction fee stands at approximately 10 drops. He concluded that someone holding 5,000 XRP would therefore own more than 1 million drops.

XRP Would Need to Reach $200

The mathematics behind the millionaire claim remains straightforward. For 5,000 XRP to reach $1 million, XRP must trade at $200.

That price would represent a major increase from XRP’s recent price levels. If XRP traded between $0.50 and $2.50, reaching $200 would require approximately a 100- to 400-fold increase.

Reaching that valuation would also require substantial growth in XRP’s overall market capitalization. With approximately 62 billion XRP circulating, a $200 price would produce a market capitalization of about $12.4 trillion. Using the 100 billion maximum supply, the fully diluted valuation would reach $20 trillion.

What Would a $200 XRP Price Require?

A $200 XRP price would require conditions far beyond ordinary market growth. Bullish scenarios could include extensive institutional use of the XRP Ledger, large-scale tokenization of real-world assets, or significant demand for XRP in cross-border settlement.

Some extreme scenarios would require major changes in global monetary conditions or substantial reductions in XRP’s available supply.

However, none of these scenarios guarantees that 5,000 XRP will be worth $1 million. XRP Whale’s statement remains a prediction, not a mathematical certainty.

]]> Crypto analyst Bird (@Bird_XRPL) has a straightforward read on XRP. He said every trendline on the daily chart points in the same direction for XRP. Bird put it: “It’s go time.”

That kind of alignment across multiple technical structures is uncommon. The chart tells a specific story, and it starts months back.

Details from the Chart

The daily chart covers roughly May 2025 through October 2026. XRP peaked at $3.65 in July 2025 before entering a sustained downtrend. That decline produced multiple descending trend lines, each connecting lower highs across different phases of the move.

Bird has drawn several of these lines across the chart. They originate from different peaks during the downtrend, ranging from the $3.65 high down through the $2.60 and $1.80 levels. Each line carries a different slope. All now converge near the current price.

XRP bottomed near $1 in August, but recovered after a rapid surge. It has since rallied back to $1.5138. That recovery has pushed it through multiple descending trend lines simultaneously. The green arrow Bird added to the chart projects upward toward $2 from the current zone.

The Technical Structure

The core argument in Bird’s analysis is the simultaneous break of multiple trend lines. Each was drawn from a separate swing high during the downtrend. XRP’s recent rallies have pushed it above these trendlines, and the chart suggests this upward move could accelerate.

Independent trend lines drawn across different parts of the same decline all resolve at the same price and the same time. That is the convergence Bird references. It isn’t one trend line giving a signal. Every trend line on the chart gives the same signal at once.

Price Levels to Watch

From $1.5138, the immediate target the arrow suggests on the chart is $2. Prior consolidation from late 2025 also clusters in the $1.80 to $2 range, making that zone the key area to watch on this move higher. Support on a pullback sits near $1.40, the base of the recent breakout cluster. Below that, $1.20 marked prior structure before the final leg lower toward $1.

Bird’s analysis rests entirely on the trend line structure. Multiple descending lines, drawn from different highs across the entire downtrend, all converge at the current price. XRP has broken above them simultaneously.

This level corresponds to the 85.40% Fibonacci extension on his weekly chart. The analyst states the asset is “very close to the Gate.” His analysis suggests that this level could bring significant growth.

What the Chart Shows

The weekly chart carries several layers of technical detail. A descending yellow trendline has acted as resistance across multiple timeframes, running from early 2025 after the asset’s surge of over 500%. It runs through the recent price action near current levels.

Schmidt shared her analysis on X and pointed to declining volatility and continued price compression as key features of the current setup. However, Schmidt did not treat the current indicators as a confirmed bullish signal. Instead, she emphasized that XRP must break through a specific trendline before the market can establish a stronger directional bias.

If XRP confirms the breakout, Schmidt expects traders to monitor $1.70 first. She then identifies $1.88, $2.40 and $2.90 as the next major levels in the projected sequence.

The price targets suggest that XRP could encounter several important levels as the market evaluates the strength of any breakout. Schmidt does not present the targets as guaranteed outcomes. Instead, she uses them to outline a potential path for a confirmed move above the triangle.

]]> Crypto enthusiast CryptoGoos has outlined price targets for several major cryptocurrencies over the next three to six months. His forecast puts XRP between $3.20 and $4.80, while he expects several other major assets to post substantial gains during the same period.

CryptoGoos presented his targets in an X post covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Solana, XRP, Dogecoin, SUI, and Chainlink. He expects Bitcoin to reach $135,000 to $150,000 and Ethereum to reach $7,000 to $9,500.

He placed BNB between $950 and $1,350 and Solana between $400 and $700. For XRP, CryptoGoos set a target range of $3.20 to $4.80.

He also expects Dogecoin to reach $1.10 to $2.50, while he placed SUI between $6.50 and $8.50. His Chainlink target stands between $280 and $450.

After listing the targets, CryptoGoos asked his followers, “Missing any?”

CryptoGoos Puts XRP Between $3.20 and $4.80

CryptoGoos’s projection for XRP sets a target above $3 at the lower end of his range. His $4.80 target represents the upper level he expects XRP to reach within the three-to-six-month period.

The crypto enthusiast did not provide detailed reasons for each target in the post. He also did not identify specific technical indicators or market developments that support each price range.

Instead, CryptoGoos presented the targets as his outlook for the coming three to six months and included XRP alongside several of the largest cryptocurrencies by market presence.

Shakamar Questions the Outlook for Some Altcoins

The post gained mixed responses. Shakamar said the current market cycle could differ from previous cycles. The commenter argued that investors may not push every altcoin higher and could instead favor cryptocurrencies with stronger utility and revenue.

“This cycle will be very different imo. Not all alts will go up,” Shakamar wrote. The commenter cited Solana, Ethereum, BNB, and Tron as networks that move significant amounts of money and capture meaningful revenue.

Shakamar also criticized the outlook for Dogecoin and XRP, writing that Dogecoin has no use and that XRP has about 30,000 users with almost nonexistent revenue. The commenter described SUI more favorably but said it still lags far behind.

Trader Light offered a more cautious assessment of CryptoGoos’ forecast. Rather than directly rejecting the price levels, the commenter questioned whether the market could reach them within the proposed timeframe.

“Not bad, but 3-6 months is a stretch,” Trader Light wrote. The commenter described the targets as realistic but questioned the timeline.

Ransom South took a more optimistic position, saying, “That would work for me, though maybe higher.” The commenter also said the market has entered “uncharted territory” as more people start using artificial intelligence.

CryptoGoos has not provided additional details on the factors behind his targets. His post currently presents a three-to-six-month outlook that places XRP at $3.20 to $4.80 while assigning separate target ranges to seven other major cryptocurrencies.

Crypto commentator Austin Hilton said XRP could record a move of nearly 60% if it holds $1.50, breaks above $1.55, and sustains the breakout.

Hilton explained the setup in a video attached to his X post. He compared the current price structure with XRP’s previous 56.83% advance and used that historical move to calculate a potential target near $2.43.

Hilton Identifies $1.55 as the Immediate Test

Hilton said XRP traded around $1.50 when he recorded the video and identified that area as an important level for the cryptocurrency to defend. He then pointed to $1.55 as the immediate hurdle XRP must clear.

According to Hilton, XRP needs to hold around $1.50 before it can challenge $1.55. After XRP breaks above $1.55, he said the cryptocurrency must stay above that level to keep the breakout intact.

Hilton described $1.55 as the upper boundary of XRP’s recent descending structure. He said a sustained move above that level could open the way toward higher Fibonacci levels.

He identified $2.18, $2.40, and $2.57 as important Fibonacci levels on the chart. Hilton said these levels could come into play if XRP completes the breakout.

Previous XRP Rally Supports the 60% Projection

Hilton based his projection on XRP’s previous 56.83% advance. He pointed to a move from approximately $0.99 to $1.55 and said that rally provides the historical comparison for the current setup.

If XRP repeats a similar percentage move from its current price area, Hilton calculated that the cryptocurrency could reach approximately $2.43. That would represent a nearly 60% rise from the levels he discussed.

Hilton also reviewed XRP’s decline toward the $1.27–$1.30 area. He attributed that decline to several broader developments, including unemployment concerns, Federal Reserve developments, and geopolitical events.

He said XRP has since returned toward the $1.50 region. In his view, the next step requires XRP to defend $1.50, then break above $1.55 with enough momentum to stay above the level.

For XRP, Hilton’s immediate focus remains clear: hold $1.50, break above $1.55, and sustain the move. If XRP completes those steps, his chart analysis points toward the $2.18–$2.57 range, with $2.43 representing the projected target from a repeat of the previous 56.83% advance.

Technical analyst ChartNerd (@ChartNerdTA) posted a flat rejection of a claim made by UnknowDLT, who predicted XRP would be worth more than $1,000 by 2030. ChartNerd’s response was short: “$XRP will not be worth more than $1000 in 2030. Have a good day.”

Where is XRP Going?

This is his recent pattern. As earlier reports, ChartNerd publicly dismissed a claim from Pumpius (@pumpius) that a gold revaluation would push XRP above $100,000. He urged his followers to avoid “mindless influencer garbage” and warned that such predictions leave investors chasing false promises for years.

He has also called out the general culture of extreme moonshot calls, arguing they damage the XRP community’s credibility. That debate included a misread post from Pumpius, which ChartNerd quickly acknowledged and corrected.

The Reason Behind the Skepticism

ChartNerd’s skepticism is not arbitrary. With roughly 63 billion XRP tokens in circulation, a $1,000 per XRP would put the market cap at $63 trillion. Global GDP sits at approximately $110 trillion.

The history of failed XRP price predictions makes this pattern familiar. No asset has ever come close to those figures. When a community member asked what led him to believe XRP would not hit $1,000, ChartNerd replied with two words: “Common sense.”

Community Reactions

Responses to the post varied widely. One commenter noted that Ethereum had previously achieved significant price growth and questioned why XRP could not do the same. ChartNerd replied that market cap was the relevant factor.

Another commenter tried to find a middle ground, suggesting a $50 to $100 range as more realistic. One reply took a literal approach to ChartNerd’s own wording, arguing that “no more than $1,000” effectively meant exactly $1,000.

This kind of pushback is not new. Zach Rector faced similar resistance when he publicly criticized Jake Claver’s outlandish targets and prediction methods. ChartNerd has not shifted his position.
