He wrote, “XRP is now just days away from the bullish breakout,” adding, “As usual, I will be right.” His latest chart focuses on a resistance level that has capped every rally since May.

XRP Trades Near Channel Resistance

Michael’s daily chart shows the asset moving within a falling wedge marked by two falling trendlines. The upper boundary has rejected several recovery attempts, while the lower boundary has consistently attracted buyers.

At the time of the chart, XRP traded near $1.12 after recovering from support around the lower end of the pattern. That rebound has carried the token back toward the upper trendline, placing resistance in focus once again.

Recent Recovery Strengthens the Setup

The asset tested support twice in June. The first occurred at the beginning of the month during a market-wide decline. The second came after a short rebound was rejected at the resistance. The latest price action shows XRP producing higher lows again after bouncing from support.

According to the analyst, the current structure remains intact with XRP holding its key support zone. He also outlined the major levels he believes investors should watch before any larger advance toward his long-term target.

Bent Fork Structure Centers on the Accumulation Band

EGRAG CRYPTO said XRP is currently trading near the historical accumulation band between $0.85 and $1.20, which he believes has served as macro support during previous cycles. His chart places XRP near the lower portion of the Bent Fork structure, where the rising EMA band also converges with long-term support.

The chart highlights several historical rebounds from this area with repeated supports, suggesting the zone has played a key role throughout XRP’s market history.

Comparing Three Major XRP Market Crashes

Egrag Crypto began by revisiting the March 2020 COVID-19 market crash, which he noted on X, resulted in approximately $1.2 billion in liquidations. Following that event, he stated that XRP advanced by roughly 1,900%, eventually reaching around $1.89.

He then pointed to the collapse of FTX in November 2022, which he said triggered approximately $1.6 billion in liquidations. According to his analysis, XRP subsequently recorded another major recovery, climbing about 1,200% to approximately $3.37.

The analyst then turned to what he described as the “10/10 Crash” on October 10, 2025, which he said produced an estimated $19.6 billion in liquidations. Unlike the previous two events, this market cycle is still developing, leading Egrag Crypto to examine what could happen if XRP follows its historical recovery pattern once again.

Average Expansion Leads to $13 XRP Price Projection

Using the two previous post-crash rallies as a benchmark, Egrag Crypto calculated an average macro expansion. He combined the 1,900% gain recorded after the COVID crash with the 1,200% increase preceding the FTX collapse, producing a total of 3,100%. Dividing that figure by two resulted in an average expansion of approximately 1,550%.

Applying that percentage to the current macro structure, the analyst concluded that XRP could reach a range between $11 and $13. He emphasized that $13 is not an arbitrary target but rather the average outcome of XRP’s historical recoveries after major liquidation events.

The accompanying chart illustrates each of these market cycles, marking the COVID crash, the FTX crash, and the October 2025 liquidation event before projecting a potential move toward the $13 level if the historical pattern repeats.

Focus Remains on the Macro Structure

Egrag Crypto stressed that the six-month timeframe offers a clearer view of XRP’s long-term trend by filtering out short-term volatility. He described the recurring sequence as crash, accumulation, and expansion, maintaining that this broader structure has remained intact throughout previous market cycles.

While acknowledging that many XRP traders are focused on daily price fluctuations and market uncertainty, the analyst stated that his attention remains on the six-month macro signal.

Based on that longer-term perspective, he maintained that XRP continues to trade within the same larger structure and that the average post-crash expansion still supports a potential move toward the $13 level if historical performance repeats.

XRP: The MACD Signal

Steph pointed to the monthly MACD for XRP. After a run of 7 to 8 red bars, the indicator just printed its first white bar. He says this exact sequence appeared in 2018. That month, XRP’s price rose by almost 130%. A second white bar appeared in February 2019, marking a low point before XRP gained nearly 80% over the following months.

The same pattern showed up again in 2022. After another string of red bars, a white bar appeared in September 2022. XRP rose by roughly 75% that month, with larger gains following. Steph says the current white bar, appearing in July, matches this exact historical setup.

The Trend Ribbon Confirms It

Steph also referenced the trend ribbon on XRP’s monthly chart. He explained that a flip from green to red typically signals a bearish period, but the flip itself has historically marked a bottom rather than the start of a downtrend. That flip happened in 2019, right before XRP gained more than 80%. It happened again in August 2022, right before another 80% rally.

Steph says the trend ribbon has now confirmed the same flip from green to red. Combined with the MACD signal, he believes the probability favors a green July for XRP.

Steph’s Position

Steph acknowledged that not everyone agrees with his outlook. He said many believe the current move is a bull trap and expect prices to fall further. He responded, “This is the moment to hold strong.” He said he’s holding his position, citing historical data as his reasoning.

He described the current signal as meaningful, noting the pattern’s repeated appearance across three separate market cycles. According to Steph, the data tells “a very different and bullish story” compared to the prevailing sentiment among skeptics.

What This Means for XRP

If Steph’s historical comparison holds, XRP could see a substantial move in the coming weeks. His analysis rests on two indicators lining up at the same time. This is the monthly MACD bar and the trend ribbon flip. Both matched in 2019 and 2022 and preceded rallies between 75% and 130%.

XRP trades at $1.09, and repeating this pattern could send it up to $1.90 and $2.50. For XRP holders watching for a bottom signal, this alignment is one of the clearest technical setups Steph has highlighted.

The latest move has brought the price back to the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement near $1.09 on Coinbase, a level the analyst has repeatedly identified as a major support area before a larger trend reversal.

In a recent post, CasiTrades wrote that XRP had “come right back down to test the major .786 retracement at $1.09.” The analyst believes the current price action reflects the long-term outlook throughout the correction, and she expects a move below $1 soon.

XRP Holds a Key Fibonacci Level

CasiTrades described the 0.786 retracement as a major macro support level. According to the post, “Markets don’t just touch levels like this once and immediately move on.” The analyst said XRP has spent several weeks pulling liquidity from this area since the beginning of June, with each test helping “exhaust supply and selling pressure.”

The attached 4-hour chart supports that view. XRP trades around $1.08 inside a highlighted green support zone that aligns with the 0.786 retracement near $1.0854. The repeated tests show buyers continue to defend this area as the correction develops.

The Pattern Behind The Price

Crypto commentator XRP Update (@XrpUdate) shared the chart with a bullish call attached. The post states that XRP’s long-term structure is turning heads. It adds that the setup is getting interesting.

The chart is from Celal Kucuker (@CelalKucuker), another prominent analyst. It shows XRP compressing inside a falling wedge that started forming after the asset hit its all-time high of $3.65. However, this pattern is much older.

History Rhyming

The chart’s core argument rests on repetition. XRP already broke out of a similar compression pattern once, back in 2024. The asset spent over a year beneath a descending trendline and ended this consolidation phase with a massive 500% breakout at the end of the year.

Weighing in on the matter, Crypto analyst Steph Is Crypto has presented a technical assessment suggesting that XRP may be approaching a level that has historically marked the end of previous bear markets, while acknowledging that confirmation has yet to arrive.

In his post on X, the analyst declared, “$XRP: THE SIGNAL FLASHED!!!!!!!” and expanded on the claim in an accompanying video by examining historical chart patterns that he believes have consistently identified major market bottoms.

Monthly EMA Ribbons Suggest Key Support Remains Nearby

Steph Is Crypto began by examining XRP’s monthly chart using EMA ribbons, which he described as a long-term indicator for determining whether the asset is in a bullish or bearish phase. According to the analyst, XRP typically remains bullish when trading above the ribbons, while price action within or below them has historically coincided with bear markets.

He explained that during previous market downturns, including those seen in 2022 and 2024, XRP retraced toward the lower boundary of the EMA ribbons before reversing higher. Although price occasionally moved slightly below that level, he noted that those areas generally aligned with the final bear market bottom.

Based on the current chart, Steph Is Crypto said XRP has not yet reached the lower boundary of the EMA ribbons. He estimated that level sits around $0.90, suggesting there remains a possibility that XRP could briefly fall into that range before beginning its next sustained advance. At the same time, he noted that the current low could already represent the market bottom.

Gaussian Channel Forms the Basis of the Bullish Outlook

The analyst then shifted his focus to XRP’s two-week chart, where he highlighted what he described as the more significant signal. Using the Gaussian Channel indicator, Steph Is Crypto pointed to several previous market cycles in which XRP reached the lower boundary of the channel before reversing sharply.

He referenced historical examples from 2017, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2024, explaining that each period either touched or briefly moved below the lower boundary before recovering. According to his analysis, XRP has now returned to that same region in 2026, placing the asset at a level that has repeatedly preceded major price recoveries.

Despite emphasizing the pattern’s consistency, Steph Is Crypto acknowledged that no indicator can predict future price movements with complete certainty. He stated that while he cannot guarantee the current level marks the exact bottom, historical probabilities suggest XRP is either already at its low or very close to it.

The analyst concluded that periods when XRP trades near the lower boundary of the Gaussian Channel have historically provided the most favorable opportunities for long-term investors. He maintained that sentiment often turns overwhelmingly bearish at those levels, while optimism usually returns only after the price has already recovered above the indicator.

His latest update keeps a double-digit price target in focus despite the delayed timeline for the CLARITY Act. He has previously highlighted an Elliott Wave structure on the asset’s chart, and now shows that Wave 5 is beginning. However, it has started without the CLARITY Act.

Wave 5 Begins on the Weekly Chart

Dark Defender previously expected XRP’s Wave 5 advance to align with progress on the CLARITY Act. His latest analysis now shows the technical setup moving ahead on its own. The Senate missed the White House’s preferred July 4 timeline for the legislation. Even so, Dark Defender believes XRP has already entered its next Elliott Wave phase.

The weekly chart shows a completed A, B, and C corrective pattern after XRP’s rally to its all-time high. It also labels a completed Wave (5) at the recent low, which Dark Defender highlights with a green circle.

The chart also marks XRP’s RSI bottom. The asset recently dropped to historic oversold levels. This shows that selling pressure has eased after the prolonged pullback, and it adds to the bullish momentum.

Chart Projects Double Digit Prices

A blue projection on the chart outlines the expected Wave 5 advance. The path climbs toward the purple “DOUBLE DIGIT TRESHOLD” zone above $10. The projection reflects Dark Defender’s expectation rather than a guarantee. Still, his chart presents the weekly correction as complete and the next impulsive move as already underway.

He has previously set double-digit targets as high as $18 for XRP. Market participants will be looking to take profit at these high levels and reward years of patience.

CLARITY Act Still Matters

The CLARITY Act remains a key piece of legislation for the U.S. digital asset industry because it aims to establish a clearer regulatory structure for cryptocurrencies.

Dark Defender’s latest update suggests XRP does not need to wait for the bill before continuing its advance. If the bullish structure develops as projected, the asset could build momentum ahead of any legislative progress. A future move on the bill could then arrive while XRP already trades in an established uptrend.
