Speculation surrounding a potential XRP exchange-traded fund (ETF) involving BlackRock has resurfaced, with crypto commentator Jungle Inc drawing attention to what he believes is a more significant development taking place behind the scenes.

Jungle Inc referenced comments from market analyst Jake Claver, who suggested that BlackRock could eventually pursue an XRP ETF as institutional interest in the XRP Ledger (XRPL) continues to expand.

While ETF discussions often dominate headlines within the digital asset sector, Jungle Inc argued that the growing network of institutions and financial firms engaging with XRPL may be the more important story.

According to the commentator’s post on X, several major names have become increasingly associated with the XRP Ledger ecosystem. He pointed to companies including BlackRock, Mastercard, Franklin Templeton, DBS, Securitize, and Bitso as examples of organizations whose involvement has attracted attention from market participants monitoring XRPL’s development.

BlackRock XRP ETF speculation is heating up again.

Jake Claver says BlackRock could eventually file for an XRP ETF as institutional interest in the XRP Ledger grows.

And this is the bigger story:

The names…

Infrastructure Expansion Continues Across the XRPL Ecosystem

Jungle Inc emphasized that XRP’s future is not solely dependent on the approval of an ETF product. Instead, he highlighted the ongoing expansion of infrastructure within the Ripple and XRPL ecosystem.

The commentator noted that Ripple has continued to introduce new capabilities and services to increase utility across the network. Among the developments mentioned were RLUSD, MXNB, AI-agent payment functionality, and regulated settlement tools designed to support institutional-grade financial activity.

His comments suggest that the foundation for broader adoption is being established before any potential ETF approval becomes a reality. Rather than viewing an ETF as the primary catalyst for growth, Jungle Inc presented it as a possible outcome that could follow increased institutional participation and ecosystem maturity.

The post framed current developments as evidence that XRPL is actively evolving through technology, payment solutions, and financial infrastructure rather than remaining dependent on speculative investment products.

Community Responds With Skepticism Over ETF Predictions

While some members of the XRP community welcomed the observations, others expressed caution regarding the ETF narrative and the forecasts associated with it.

One commenter, known as BrutallyHonest, pointed out that Jake Claver had previously predicted XRP could reach $100 by December 2025. The remark appeared to question the reliability of Claver’s projections and suggested that investors should evaluate his latest comments carefully.

Another user, KameradLes, took a more direct approach, criticizing what he viewed as excessive hype surrounding XRP. Although he reaffirmed his belief in the digital asset itself, he rejected what he described as exaggerated claims often promoted within the community.

Despite those reactions, Jungle Inc’s central argument remained focused on the broader growth of the XRP Ledger ecosystem. His commentary suggested that if institutional adoption of XRPL continues to expand, discussions about a future XRP ETF may eventually shift from speculation toward a more realistic possibility.

At a time when institutional investors are pulling billions of dollars out of major cryptocurrency investment products, XRP has emerged as a notable exception.

According to crypto commentator X Finance Bull, XRP-focused exchange-traded fund (ETF) products have recorded four consecutive weeks of positive inflows, a trend that contrasts sharply with the substantial outflows experienced by Bitcoin and Ethereum during the same period.

In a post on X, X Finance Bull highlighted what he described as a significant divergence in investor behavior. The commentator pointed to ETF flow data showing that while Bitcoin and Ethereum products faced sustained capital withdrawals, XRP continued to attract new money week after week.

Four Weeks of Contrasting Capital Flows

According to the figures shared by X Finance Bull, Bitcoin experienced more than $5 billion in outflows over the four weeks. Ethereum also saw significant withdrawals, with more than $800 million leaving related investment products. Combined, the two largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization recorded approximately $5.8 billion in capital exits.

In contrast, XRP reportedly attracted more than $100 million in inflows during the same timeframe. Although the pace of inflows slowed over the four weeks, X Finance Bull emphasized that XRP remained in positive territory throughout the period.

The commentator noted that weekly inflows declined from roughly $60 million to about $2.6 million. However, despite the slowdown, XRP never recorded a negative week. For supporters of the asset, that distinction is particularly important given the broader market conditions.

We are on X, follow us to connect with us :- @TimesTabloid1

Institutional Conviction Remains a Key Theme

X Finance Bull argued that the consistency of XRP inflows during a period of widespread market de-risking may indicate a different type of investor participation. Rather than being driven by short-term momentum traders, the commentator suggested that the buyers entering XRP-related products could represent investors with a longer-term outlook.

According to the post, maintaining positive inflows as other major digital assets experience significant withdrawals suggests that some institutional allocators continue to see value in increasing or maintaining exposure to XRP despite uncertainty across the broader crypto market.

The commentator contrasted this with Bitcoin’s accelerating outflows and Ethereum’s continued capital withdrawals, describing XRP as the only major crypto asset among the three to remain consistently positive during the four weeks.

X Finance Bull concluded that the ETF flow data clearly differentiates how the market is currently treating XRP compared to Bitcoin and Ethereum. In the commentator’s view, the ability to attract capital during a period of heightened caution could position XRP favorably if market sentiment improves in the future.

Binance just made one of its most significant product expansions in years. On June 1, 2026, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume launched access to more than 7,000 U.S.-listed stocks and ETFs for eligible non-U.S. users. Within that catalog, nine XRP-related products are now live.

Nine XRP Products for Binance Users

Crypto analyst Diana (@InvestWithD) posted video evidence of the nine XRP products now searchable and tradeable on Binance. The list includes XRPC (Canary Capital), XRPI (Volatility Shares Trust XRP ETF), XRPM (Amplify XRP 3% Monthly Option Income ETF), XRPN (Armada Acquisition Corp. II), XRPR (REX-Osprey XRP ETF), XRPT (Volatility Shares Trust 2x XRP ETF), UXRP (ProShares Ultra XRP ETF), XXRP (Teucrium 2x Long Daily XRP ETF), and TOXR (21Shares XRP ETF).

These products give Binance’s over 300 million users structured XRP exposure across a range of risk profiles and strategies, from standard spot ETFs to leveraged products.

Evernorth: The XRP Treasury Company Going Public

XRPN stands out on this list. This ticker currently represents Armada Acquisition Corp. II, the SPAC vehicle Evernorth Holdings is merging with on its path to a Nasdaq listing.

Evernorth is a Nevada-based XRP treasury company backed by Ripple, SBI Holdings, Pantera Capital, Kraken, and Arrington Capital. It has raised over $1 billion in gross proceeds. Ripple contributed 126.79 million XRP directly. The company currently holds 473 million XRP.

Evernorth does not operate as a passive ETF. It actively deploys its XRP treasury through institutional lending, XRPL validator operations, RLUSD stablecoin liquidity provisioning, and DeFi yield strategies on the XRP Ledger. CEO Asheesh Birla, a former Ripple executive, currently leads the company.

What This Means for XRP

The convergence of these developments signals a structural shift in how capital accesses XRP. Seven spot XRP ETFs are live in the U.S., with over $1 billion in combined AUM. Now, Binance’s 300 million global users can access these products directly.

Evernorth adds a different dimension. A publicly listed XRP treasury company removes tokens from the circulating supply, creating sustained institutional buying pressure. Each step toward the XRPN Nasdaq listing adds regulated, equity-based XRP exposure to traditional markets.

Combined with ETF inflows and Binance’s platform reach, the infrastructure supporting XRP’s price growth has become even more developed. XRP can now reach many more users, and its real-world utility makes it an appealing and competitive asset.

Recent exchange-traded fund (ETF) flow data has become a focal point for market participants assessing institutional sentiment across the cryptocurrency sector.

Crypto commentator X Finance Bull drew attention to the latest figures. He said that capital is beginning to rotate toward XRP while funds tied to Bitcoin and Ethereum are experiencing net outflows.

In the tweet, X Finance Bull highlighted what he described as a developing shift in investor behavior. According to the figures shared in the post, Bitcoin ETFs recorded net outflows of $483 million, while Ethereum ETFs saw $44 million leave the market. In contrast, XRP ETFs attracted $4.13 million in inflows during the same period.

Based on these numbers, the commentator suggested that capital movement is already underway. He stated that the “rotation to XRP is happening right in front of your eyes,” emphasizing the contrast between money leaving Bitcoin and Ethereum products and money entering XRP-related investment vehicles.

Institutions Buying Despite Market Weakness

A central theme of the tweet was the difference between institutional and retail behavior during periods of price weakness. X Finance Bull argued that some investors may be focusing too heavily on short-term price declines while larger market participants continue getting positions.

Addressing concerns about XRP’s recent price performance, he wrote, “You’re scared of the price dip? Institutions are buying through it.” The statement reflects a broader belief among many XRP supporters that professional investors often take advantage of market pullbacks to build positions before gains.

The commentator concluded the post with the message, “You’ll see soon enough. IYKYK,” indicating his confidence that the significance of the ETF flow data will become more apparent over time.

Community Reactions Show Mixed Views

The post generated a range of responses from members of the crypto community, with some agreeing with the assessment and others urging caution.

One user, 8lends, supported the argument by suggesting that institutional investors tend to remain patient during periods of uncertainty. The commenter wrote that institutions are patient while retail investors panic, adding that the shift toward XRP is only beginning.

Others questioned whether the available data is sufficient to support the conclusion of a broader market rotation. User itsmeverin acknowledged that the inflow and outflow figures were noteworthy but argued that describing the trend as a full rotation may be premature. The commenter noted that a few million dollars entering one ETF while hundreds of millions leave another does not necessarily confirm a large-scale shift in capital allocation.

The discussion also attracted criticism from some participants who strongly rejected bullish XRP projections and challenged claims regarding the asset’s long-term valuation potential. These responses highlighted the continuing divide within the cryptocurrency community over XRP’s market outlook, utility, and relationship to Ripple.

While opinions remain divided, X Finance Bull’s post has renewed attention to ETF flow data as investors monitor whether XRP can continue attracting institutional capital in the months ahead.

Crypto analyst BullRunners recently shared an opinion suggesting that BlackRock not yet filing for an XRP exchange-traded fund may not indicate a lack of interest in XRP.

Instead, the analyst suggested that the world’s largest asset manager could already be strategically involved in Ripple’s infrastructure while remaining silent publicly.

BullRunners opened the discussion by claiming that seven spot XRP ETFs are already live and trading in the United States. According to the analyst, the products collectively manage more than $1.5 billion in assets while hundreds of millions of XRP tokens remain locked in custody.

He argued that BlackRock’s absence from the market stands out because competing firms such as Franklin Templeton, Grayscale, Bitwise, and Canary Capital have already moved forward with XRP-related products.

Ripple #XRP IT'S ALL RIGGED! BlackRock Insider Leak Exposed Their Final XRP ETF Plan… pic.twitter.com/4rxwaq1meu

— BULLRUNNERS (@BullrunnersHQ) May 18, 2026

Comparison With BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETF Strategy

A major part of the presentation focused on BlackRock’s previous approach to Bitcoin ETFs. BullRunners pointed to the launch of BlackRock’s iShares Bitcoin Trust, known as IBIT, and said the company historically waits until market conditions strongly favor approval before filing products with regulators.

The analyst stated that BlackRock has submitted hundreds of ETF applications over the years and has faced very few rejections from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He argued that the firm prefers its competitors to market first.

BullRunners compared that strategy to the current XRP market, noting that multiple companies have already launched or proposed XRP investment products while BlackRock has remained publicly inactive. He suggested this silence may represent a deliberate strategy rather than a lack of interest.

Ripple Conference Appearance Draws Attention

The video also highlighted BlackRock’s participation in Ripple’s Swell conference in late 2025. BullRunners referenced comments allegedly made by Maxwell Stein, BlackRock’s director of digital assets, during the event.

According to the analyst, Stein praised Ripple’s infrastructure and stated that blockchain systems built by companies like Ripple could facilitate trillions of dollars in value movement in the future. BullRunners argued that BlackRock’s decision to send a senior executive to Ripple’s private institutional conference contradicts the idea that the company lacks interest in XRP-related infrastructure.

BullRunners further discussed BlackRock’s BUIDL tokenized money market fund and its reported integration with RLUSD through Securitize on the XRP Ledger. He claimed this demonstrates that BlackRock’s products are already connected to Ripple-based infrastructure in a real-world environment.

We are on X, follow us to connect with us :- @TimesTabloid1

Focus on BlackRock Executive Robert Mitchnick

Another key section of the video centered on Robert Mitchnick, BlackRock’s global head of digital assets. BullRunners noted that Michnik reportedly interned at Ripple in 2017 and later co-authored crypto valuation research alongside Ripple board member Susan Athey.

The analyst argued that Mitchnick’s prior relationship with Ripple makes BlackRock’s current position on XRP more significant. BullRunners repeatedly questioned why the company has not filed for an XRP ETF despite its connections and involvement in tokenized asset infrastructure linked to Ripple technology.

Throughout the video, BullRunners maintained that institutional investors often position themselves privately before making public announcements. He suggested that BlackRock may already be preparing for future XRP involvement behind the scenes, though he acknowledged that no official XRP ETF filing from BlackRock currently exists.

Crypto analyst BankXRP (@BankXRP) recently flagged a striking shift in Goldman Sachs’ crypto ETF holdings. The bank’s Q1 2026 13F filing, sourced from the SEC, showed Goldman Sachs had fully exited its XRP and SOL ETF positions. The filing covered assets across 13,000+ holdings and confirmed the moves as of the Q1 reporting period.

Goldman Sachs’ Current Position

Goldman Sachs held $153.8 million in XRP ETF products as recently as Q4 2025, making it the largest spot XRP ETF holder on Wall Street. Its SOL position stood at $108 million across six ETF products.

Both positions now read $0. The bank also cut its ETH exposure by 70%, dropping from around $380 million to $114 million. Bitcoin (BTC) was trimmed by approximately 10%, from $715 million to $690 million.

The XRP holdings spanned four ETF products: BITW, FXRP, GXRP, and TOXR. The SOL position covered BITW, FSOLW, GSOL, and three additional products. The filing also showed new inflows into Circle, Coinbase, and Galaxy Digital. Goldman Sachs moved capital into crypto infrastructure equities rather than direct token-linked products.

A Closer Look at the Numbers

The 13F filing generated significant attention across crypto circles. Some read the exits as a vote of no confidence in XRP and SOL. Goldman’s status as the largest spot XRP ETF holder gave the move added weight.

Dom Kwok, co-founder of EasyA, offered a more technical reading. He pointed out that Goldman’s holdings were active on its trading desk, not directional investment positions. “Their initial holdings of XRP and SOL were meant to facilitate client needs,” Kwok wrote, citing “ETF creation/redemptions, market-making, prime brokerage activity.”

Kwok noted that these were not investments driven by bullish expectations for SOL or XRP. He described the Q1 changes as “nothing more than a routine rebalancing.”

We are on X, follow us to connect with us :- @TimesTabloid1

Context for the Filing

13F filings report institutional holdings at a point in time. They show what firms held at quarter-end, not the reasoning behind those positions. Goldman Sachs’ trading desk operates differently from its investment portfolios. Positions tied to client facilitation turnover regularly.

The rotation into Circle, Coinbase, and Galaxy Digital shows Goldman Sachs maintains crypto exposure. The shift moves capital toward companies operating within the crypto ecosystem rather than ETFs tracking token prices directly.

Kwok’s point stands on mechanics. Goldman Sachs’ XRP and SOL positions served operational functions. The Q1 filing reflects the end of those functions for that quarter, not a strategic exit from the asset class.

Goldman Sachs exited its $154 million XRP ETF position. As the largest institutional holder of spot XRP ETFs at the time, the move drew attention across the crypto space.

The bank also exited its SOL position and trimmed holdings in BTC and ETH. The answers, however, point to something far more routine than the headlines suggest.

Goldman Sachs Reason for Holding XRP

Goldman Sachs’ crypto holdings were never a bet on XRP or SOL. The positions existed to support client-facing operations. ETF creation and redemption, market-making, and prime brokerage activity all require a trading desk to hold assets on behalf of clients. Goldman Sachs held those positions because its clients needed them to exist, not because the bank was bullish on XRP.

EasyA co-founder Dom Kwok addressed the reaction directly. He clarified that Goldman Sachs’ holdings were not investments in the traditional sense. They reflected the mechanics of running a trading desk that services institutional clients in crypto markets.

fyi this is not goldman exiting its investments in $XRP and $SOL as the headline suggests.

rather, it refers to goldman's trading desk activity. their initial holdings of xrp and sol were meant to facilitate client needs e.g. etf creation / redemptions, market-making, prime… https://t.co/pNwKnzEvuU

— Dom Kwok | EasyA (@dom_kwok) May 18, 2026

Routine Operations Misread as a Signal

When a trading desk rebalances, it responds to client demand. If redemptions outpace creations on an XRP ETF, the desk reduces its exposure accordingly, and the position shrinks. On paper, it looks like an exit. In practice, it is an operational adjustment.

An investment exit signals a loss of conviction. A trading desk rebalance signals a shift in client activity. The two carry very different weights, and conflating them distorts the picture for retail investors trying to read institutional behavior.

Kwok, who has publicly stated he believes XRP can reach $1,000 by 2030, pushed back on the narrative forming around the filing. His position is that Goldman Sachs’ move shows nothing about XRP’s long-term outlook.

What to Expect from XRP

Goldman Sachs Sachs reducing its ETF exposure does not alter the fundamental case for XRP. The bank was not a holder because it believed in the asset; it held the position because its clients required it. When that requirement changed, the position changed.

Retail investors tracking institutional 13F filings need to apply this filter consistently. Goldman Sachs’s trading desk activity reflects client flow, not proprietary conviction. Reading it as the latter leads to conclusions that the data does not support.

The XRP market remains active. Spot ETFs continue to dominate the market. Institutional infrastructure around the asset is still developing, and one desk’s rebalancing does not change any of that.

Crypto analyst and pundit Xaif Crypto posted a notable shift in Citadel’s exposure to the CANARY XRP ETF.

The post reports a 13F filing that shows Citadel maintaining a large call options position while fully closing its put options tied to the XRP-focused investment product.

According to the screenshots shared in the post, Citadel still held 34,900 call shares connected to the CANARY XRP ETF. At the same time, the filing shows a 100% change in its disclosed put options, suggesting the hedge position had been removed completely.

Xaif Crypto emphasized the significance of the move, stating that Citadel had removed “the safety net,” while keeping its bullish exposure active. The analyst suggested that the positioning reflected growing confidence in XRP-related investment products and upward expectations surrounding XRP.

CITADEL just filed a 13F on CANARY XRP ETF

they had puts (the hedge)… they CLOSED them. -100%
34,900 call options still sitting open and allocation? not disclosed
when the smartest money on Wall Street removes the safety net…

the direction they're betting on is pretty… https://t.co/BRUoOoV01s pic.twitter.com/7EqOJIMaDD

— Xaif Crypto (@Xaif_Crypto) May 16, 2026

Why the Removal of Put Options Matters

In traditional financial markets, put options are often used as protection against downside risk. Institutional firms frequently hold puts alongside calls to reduce potential losses if an asset declines in value. When a company closes its put positions while maintaining call options, some investors interpret the move as a sign that concerns about downside risk have decreased.

That is the central point Xaif Crypto attempted to highlight in the post. The analyst argued that Citadel’s reported positioning may indicate a stronger belief in favorable price movement connected to XRP or XRP-related products.

The screenshots attached to the post showed the disclosed put options section with zero shares remaining, while the call options section continued to display an active position. Xaif Crypto also pointed out that allocation details in parts of the filing were not publicly disclosed, which added further speculation among XRP supporters on X.

What This Could Mean for XRP

The development has become important to XRP supporters because institutional positioning often influences market sentiment. Large firms such as Citadel are closely watched by traders and analysts, particularly when their filings involve crypto-related investment products.

While a single filing does not confirm a guaranteed price direction, many XRP market participants see the reported positioning as a positive signal. The idea that a major financial firm could maintain bullish exposure while removing downside protection may strengthen confidence among investors already expecting increased institutional adoption of XRP products.

The timing is also notable as interest in XRP exchange-traded funds continues to grow. Discussions surrounding potential XRP ETF expansion, institutional demand, and broader crypto market participation have intensified in recent months. For many observers, Citadel’s reported position adds another example of traditional financial firms gaining exposure to XRP-linked products instead of avoiding them.

Xaif Crypto ultimately presented the filing as evidence that institutional players may be positioning themselves for potential upside connected to XRP.

Although Citadel has not publicly explained the reasoning behind the reported options activity, the filing screenshots shared on X have quickly become part of the ongoing conversation about XRP’s future and the role institutional capital could play in its market growth.

Crypto researcher SMQKE recently revisited a proof as to why BlackRock has not filed for an XRP Exchange-Traded Fund (ETF).

SMQKE shared an “evidence-based forecast of an upcoming BlackRock ETF,” while directing attention back to a previous detailed explanation outlining why the asset manager had not yet filed for an XRP ETF.

The renewed focus on the older post comes as speculation around crypto-based ETFs continues to grow across the digital asset sector. XRP remains one of the most discussed assets in ETF conversations, especially after developments involving futures products, ongoing regulatory reviews, and increasing institutional activity in crypto markets.

In the highlighted post, SMQKE argued that BlackRock’s absence from the XRP ETF race did not indicate a lack of interest. Instead, the researcher presented several reasons suggesting that the company may simply be waiting for more favorable conditions before making a move.

Evidence-based forecast of an upcoming BlackRock ETF. https://t.co/ht5luLzOah

— SMQKE (@SMQKEDQG) May 9, 2026

Regulatory Conditions Remain a Central Issue

According to the earlier analysis, regulatory uncertainty remains one of the primary factors delaying a potential XRP ETF filing. SMQKE noted that although the court ruled that XRP is not a security in the secondary market, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has continued to delay decisions tied to crypto ETFs and broader digital asset classifications.

It is important to note that as of May 2026, the regulatory fog surrounding XRP has cleared significantly. The SEC and CFTC finally settled this debate in March 2026. Through a joint final rule, XRP was officially classified as a digital commodity, placing it in the same legal category as Bitcoin and Ethereum.

Futures Market and Liquidity Seen as Key Factors

SMQKE also highlighted the importance of institutional-grade derivatives markets. The post referenced the launch of XRP CME futures on May 19, 2025, noting that the product generated $19 million in volume on its first day.

Although he described the launch as an important development, he argued that the XRP futures market is still relatively new compared to Bitcoin and Ethereum.

The earlier commentary stated that large institutions generally look for sustained trading activity and deeper liquidity before fully committing to investment products tied to a digital asset. According to SMQKE, BlackRock may want to see XRP’s derivatives market mature further before introducing an ETF product.

Liquidity was another major point in the analysis. While XRP was described as having strong market depth compared to many altcoins, SMQKE argued that ETF products require consistently high liquidity to support large inflows and outflows. The post stated that regulators closely monitor these conditions when reviewing ETF applications.

We are on X, follow us to connect with us :- @TimesTabloid1

BlackRock’s Current Priorities Remain Focused Elsewhere

The researcher also claimed that BlackRock’s current attention remains centered on expanding its already successful Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF offerings. Those products have continued attracting strong institutional demand, which, according to SMQKE, may explain why the company has not rushed into the XRP ETF market.

At the same time, the post suggested BlackRock may be observing how regulators respond to XRP and Solana ETF applications submitted by other firms.

SMQKE concluded that the company appears to be waiting for a stronger regulatory environment, deeper market maturity, and sustained investor demand before making what was described as a calculated move into the XRP ETF sector.

Interest surrounding a possible XRP exchange-traded fund continues to grow as market participants watch for signs that major financial institutions may soon enter the sector.

In an X post, crypto enthusiast Skipper shared comments from financial strategist Jake Claver, who believes that BlackRock could be preparing to launch an XRP ETF once regulatory conditions become more favorable.

The post focused heavily on the idea that institutional adoption of XRP is already gaining momentum. According to Skipper, leveraged XRP ETF products have already entered the market, while additional firms remain on the sidelines waiting for more clarity around crypto regulations and stablecoin policies before moving forward with similar offerings.

Skipper also linked the conversation to growing activity in blockchain-related investments, stating that capital is already moving on-chain at a rapid pace as institutions become more comfortable with digital asset products.

Jake Claver believes BlackRock is waiting for the right moment to launch an XRP ETF as crypto regulation and stablecoin clarity continue to improve. With leveraged XRP ETFs already live, institutional adoption is accelerating.

That shift is already underway — and capital is… https://t.co/o8kQnFGzCC pic.twitter.com/0nSaYExx3c

Jake Claver Points to Regulatory Developments

In the video attached to the post, Jake Claver explained that BlackRock is likely waiting for what he described as the “opportune time” to introduce an XRP ETF product. He suggested that several developments within the financial and regulatory environment could influence the timing of such a decision.

Claver referenced the recent launch of a 3-times leveraged XRP ETF product, noting that it signals increasing market acceptance for XRP-related investment vehicles. He added that more ETF products are expected to follow as firms evaluate market conditions.

According to Claver, guidance from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency regarding stablecoins could play an important role in boosting institutional confidence. He also mentioned the GENIUS Act and its expected implementation timeline, explaining that the regulatory direction taken by U.S. authorities may encourage major firms such as BlackRock to move forward with crypto investment products.

Claver stated that clearer rules for banks and stablecoin operations could become a major catalyst for institutions that have so far remained cautious about launching XRP-based financial products.

Skipper Highlights Early Entry Opportunity

The tweet also argued that the current period may represent an early entry opportunity before institutional participation becomes more widespread. While the post mainly focused on Jake Claver’s remarks regarding BlackRock and XRP ETFs, it also tied those comments to the idea that digital asset markets are entering another phase of institutional involvement.

As speculation surrounding a potential XRP ETF continues, comments from market commentators such as Jake Claver are likely to remain part of the ongoing conversation around institutional crypto adoption and the future direction of regulated XRP investment products.
