XRP’s All-Time High Is in the Target Range

XRP reached its all-time high of $3.65 in July 2025. Crypto Rover’s lower bound of $3.20 approaches that level. His upper target of $4.80 surpasses it by 31%. For a token currently trading at $1, reaching $4.80 would represent a 380% increase. That is the scope of the prediction. It assumes a full market recovery and a new price discovery cycle for XRP.

Regulation Is Not the Catalyst

The CLARITY Act vote is scheduled for September 15. The bill has stalled in the Senate and faces a difficult path before November elections compress the legislative calendar further.

Crypto Rover does not tie his targets to that outcome. His position is clear: “With or without the CLARITY Act, crypto will go parabolic again.” That view separates regulatory progress from price performance. Barron also compared these figures to the S&P 500. The index moved from about 3,295 to around 7,700 over the same period, a gain of +133.7% (2.34x). A $1,000 investment there grows to $2,337. Every crypto asset in Barron’s breakdown outpaced the index by a wide margin.
