Over 200 Million SHIB Tokens Burned in 24 Hours

According to the recent report posted by Shibburn, the Shiba Inu Army collectively burned a total of 216,301,162 SHIB tokens in the last 24 hours via 15 transactions.

Shibburn tweeted, “In the past 24 hours, there have been a total of 216,301,162 SHIB tokens burned and 15 transactions.”

SHIB Burn Rate Surges 162% over the Last Day

Data also revealed that there was an increase in the number of SHIB tokens destroyed per day. The burn rate reportedly surged by 162.98% over the last 24 hours.

Over 100 Million SHIB Burned Between 1Cent and ETH Shiba

According to 1Cent and ETH Shiba, the weekly SHIB burn event was held as usual and over 100 million SHIB tokens were burned between them via one transaction each.

1Cent organized its weekly burn event on the 20th of June, resulting in the destruction of 52,170,994 SHIB tokens in one transaction.

Based on the update on 1Cent’s official website, a total of 2,546,766,448 SHIB tokens have been permanently removed from Shiba Inu’s circulating supply via 16 transactions since the 14th of March 2022.

Similarly, ETH SHIBA destroyed a total of 50 million SHIB through the weekly SHIB burn event conducted on Monday. According to the report, the whopping burn played out via a single transaction using the SHIB Burn Portal powered by Ryoshi Vision.

So far, ETH SHIBA has managed to burn a total of 2.45 billion tokens through its weekly burn event. ETH SHIBA was launched in March as a mechanism to continuously destroy Shiba Inu tokens.

2.41 Billion SHIB Tokens Burned in 7 Days

According to the data provided by Shibburn, the trackers of all the SHIB tokens sent to dead wallets, over the last seven days, a total of 2.41 billion SHIB tokens were jointly burned by the teeming Shiba Inu community members.

Based on the report, the whopping burn took the community 236 separate transactions, and 1Cent token and Travis Johnson’s SHIB Burn Games were among the notable burners in the last seven days.

Shibburn tweeted, “In the last 7 days, there have been a total of 2,417,015,301 SHIB tokens burned and 236 transactions.”

1Cent Weekly SHIB Burn Event

1Cent, the SHIB-inspired token, conducted its weekly Burn Event, where a total amount of 74,450,084 SHIB tokens were burned in two separate transactions.

The team behind the burn event first sent 7,529,854 SHIB tokens to the inferno wallet. After about an hour, another burn that carried 66,920,230 SHIB was initiated, according to Etherscan.

After the weekly Shiba Inu burn event was concluded, the team behind the event updated the number of tokens burned on its official website.

According to 1Cent, a total of 2,161,207,079 Shiba Inu tokens have been destroyed since the 14th of March 2022 via 11 separate transactions.

96 Million Shiba Inu (SHIB) Burned in Past 24 Hours

Shiba Inu (SHIB) burn for this week has already started. According to Shibburn, a total of 96,956,046 SHIB tokens were destroyed within the last 24 hours.

Shibburn reported, “In the past 24 hours, there have been a total of 96,956,046 SHIB tokens burned and 19 transactions.”
