Ripple, the San Francisco-based cross-border payment firm, has started to showcase its winning mentality where the world can see it. The images of the firm’s advertisements at the World Trade Center in New York City have unsurprisingly gone viral on Twitter.
The images were first shared by a supposed XRP community member on Twitter with the caption, “The stage is being set! NYC World Trade Center platform adds #ripple #xrp”.

The images were then retweeted by a popular and XRP-focused YouTuber Digital Perspectives, stating that this represents Ripple’s confidence in the ongoing XRP lawsuit filed by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The viral image ads display Ripple in different sections at the World Trade Center, with inscriptions such as “Crypto means business”, “Shift your business to carbon neutral”, “Swift isn’t fast enough”, “Move values across borders instantly with Ripple’s crypto solution for business”, and others.
Captioning the tweeted images, Digital Perspectives wrote, “Now we`re talking! Doesn`t look like the posture of a company that plans on losing to me, now does it?”

Why did Digital Perspectives think Ripple is Getting More Confident in the U.S.?
In the tweet, Digital Perspectives said such can only come from a company that plans to win a case that would decide its stability in the United States.
Recall that the case filed in December 2020 by the SEC, where Ripple is accused of selling XRP as an unregistered security, is still being dragged in court.

However, Ripple is becoming more confident of winning the case because of a number of recent developments.
The most recent positive development is the legal support from Ripple’s ODL partners, which was granted by Judge Analisa Torres a few days ago.
Both I-Remit and Tapjets have now officially filed their respective amicus briefs in support of the cross-border payment firm as expected.
