Shiba Inu (SHIB) Can Now Be Used To Pay For Uber Eats and DooDash Services

Shiba Inu (SHIB), the second-largest dog-themed token, can now be used to pay for the services of the food delivery companies Uber Eats and DooDash.

The payment is made possible for SHIB holders via the companies’ partnership with the leading crypto payment processor BitPay.

According to the blog post captioned in the announcement, the services provided by Uber Eats and DoorDash will enable SHIB holders to order meals online from the restaurants of their choice and have them delivered to their doorsteps.

It’s explained in the announcement that BitPay gives crypto holders three options to purchase food with Shiba Inu (SHIB) and many other digital currencies listed on BitPay, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), among others.

Going by the blog post, crypto users can choose to purchase food delivery services’ gift cards via the BitPay app. SHIB holders can also pay for the food delivery service made by Uber Eats and DoorDash via the use of BitPay crypto card, which enables people to spend their digital currency like cash.

Additionally, it’s stated that holders of cryptocurrencies listed by BitPay can also pay the food delivery companies via Takeaway.com or Menufy and can pay directly from their crypto accounts.
