The first step for users to take is to get the BitPay app from their preferred app store or scan the QR code provided by the payment platform.
The second step for users to take is to click the “Buy Crypto” button on the app’s home screen to purchase their preferred digital asset with a prepaid debit card.
The third step is to choose the amount and the crypto they wish to buy, while the fourth is for users to choose Debit Card as their payment method.
In the fourth step, it’s necessary for users to check that the remaining card balance is enough to cover the purchase price and any transaction fees.

BitPay noted:
“Choose the best offer available for you, and you’ll be automatically taken to one of our partner sites to enter your prepaid card details and complete the transaction.”
According to the crypto payment processor, unlike Wyre, Simplex accepts some prepaid or virtual debit cards. So, any error message during payments implies that the user’s prepaid debit card is unacceptable.
