Ripple is hiring Senior Shareholder Communications Managers from New York City, Miami, Florida, and London, United Kingdom.
Ripple has outlined the core responsibilities and objectives of this key role on its careers page, highlighting its importance in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential investors. This employee will work closely with financial analysts and report directly to Ripple’s Senior Vice President of People and Communications.
The Senior Shareholder Communications Manager’s primary tasks will include educating investors and shareholders about Ripple’s products, business strategy, financial performance, goals, and major announcements.
Collaborating with Ripple’s Chief Financial Officer and other senior leaders, they will develop strategic plans and effectively communicate them to the target audience. This includes sharing important corporate events such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, and other high-impact moments.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will take charge of Ripple’s Investor Relations (IR) calendar of events. This encompasses overseeing non-deal roadshows and speaking engagements for executives at financial and crypto-based investor and analyst conferences.
Moreover, the Senior Shareholder Communications Manager will work closely with Ripple’s senior managers, particularly in the Product and Marketing departments, to update investor materials. This will involve creating presentations, case studies, analyses, and fact sheets tailored for shareholders and investors.

Ripple’s decision to bring in a Senior Shareholder Communications Manager focused on fostering robust pre and post-IPO communication indicates the company’s commitment to transparency and its intention to create a clear path forward for its stakeholders.
WrathofKahneman (@WKahneman), a prominent member of the XRP community, shared info about the hiring on X and said it is “confirmation they are hiring in anticipation of going public.”
However, with the recent departure of Ripple’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the ongoing lawsuit with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), some community members are skeptical about the IPO happening soon.
However, Ripple is progressing in many other areas, with David Schwartz recently announcing when to expect real-world tokenized assets on the XRP Ledger (XRPL).
