Wind’s response, “Debit MasterCard, self custody, card authorization with custom on ledger limits on your account using a Hook,” suggests that such integration is indeed on the horizon.
This announcement follows Wind’s recent disclosure about new functionality for Xumm-Tangem NFC hardware wallet cards. These cards enable users to pre-fund their wallet card with $50 in XRP, in addition to the account reserve, further enhancing the convenience of using XRP for everyday transactions.
